Come enjoy this gorgeous newly renovated beach house with a heated pool! This home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a spacious open kitchen and living space, and a single car garage.

This beautiful home is located in a quiet area within walking distance to the beach and close to downtown Cocoa Beach where there are tons of shopping and restaurants. It is the perfect spot to balance privacy and location. The Lanai has your own private pool so your family can relax in your own space.

The interior has a relaxed coastal inspired feel where you can really unwind with family and friends. This house has multiple flatscreen TV's, comfy couches, a desk, great mattresses and 3 renovated bedrooms and bathrooms. There is lots of space for everyone to spread out.

The open concept chef's kitchen has updated appliances, a spacious island to perch at while the chef is cooking and a separate dining room to eat in when you are not enjoying some of the many great restaurants in the area.

Coco Beach Birthday Vacation

The overall cleanliness was lacking from the dog hair on the washer and dryer The dog hair all over the pool deck Dog poop in the back yard The couch cushions have been chewed by an animal Stains on rug where it appears someone or dog got sickThe tile floors turn your feet black The brown stained microwave Screens torn out over pool In closure Beds are horrible not comfortable Chairs falling apart Overall just gross The conditions over all were very poor and far from luxury The house was probably nice when it was first renovated You can tell no real attention to detail is going on here Just collecting the money and it shows!!!I don’t typically do reviews Just don’t want anyone else who spends a lot of money to be disappointed I was happy to get home and cleaned up House was absolutely filthy

The house is noisy due to the location on a busy street.

It’s not a beach house. It’s a drive to the beach. We drove there and we got tickets for parking in an empty parking lot.

Overall the property was just what we needed for the few days leading up to our cruise. House was clean and plenty of space. Towels and kitchen essentials were a bit lacking. Thank you!

A block from the beach! Beautifully renovated!

We really loved your home. So nicely decorated with all the conveniences. Our own private pool, 5 min walk to the beach, and a fenced in yard for our 2 spoiled dogs! And a great location near everything.

Nice location and beautiful pool

First I want to praise Taylor and the maintenance crew as they were very responsive and helpful to all our needs. The house inside was nice. We really enjoyed the pool and how close the house was to the beach, store and restaurants. We had plenty of towels and the house was stocked well. Unfortunately the power went out the 2d day for 5 hours but Taylor took good care of us! We had other items that needed maintenance during our stay and when reported maintenance came soonest and took care of it. I would recommend a new mattress in the bedroom with full size bed. The landscaping could use some work. We really liked the ease of the checking in process at the front door. Thank you for a nice stay.

Great location and responsive management.

The property was great and nicely updated. Close to the beach and easy to drive downtown. The pool was nice. We would have loved to see the garage used for a small game room to give the kids more to do. But overall it was great. Though it was clean there were a lot of ants in the main bedroom closet and bathroom.

Cocoa Beach Stay

Excellent house in quieter area of cocoa beach. A couple of mins drive to cafes / shops and a couple of mins walk to the beach. Communication with the property manager also excellent - a really great stay.

Great week, nice House, some more chairs in the dining area would be great only 4 chairs. We we're 6 persons using the chairs from the Outdoor area. Communication with Taylor our host was perfect. Beautiful beach. Car ist necessary for dining and shopping. Nice pool.

Beautiful home with a great location

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was very clean and neat. Lots of room too. Kids loved the pool! There were also pool toys, beach chairs, cooler, etc for use in the garage. Public beach access is only one block and we were only 1 mile away from the main shops and beach restaurants/bars. We would definitely recommend this property! We hope to stay again in the near future.

AMAZING Location, clean, great

This place is just amazing - I can't say enough positive things about our stay. The location could not be beat, while it is located on a busy road, it is very quiet and is in a residential part of town. It is about a 5-10min from "downtown" Cocoa Beach so you definitely need a car to get to restaurants and things like that, but it is worth it. Being in a nice, quiet neighborhood couldn't be beat. The beach is basically private, we barely saw anyone there and we were there for part of spring break week! There is a beautiful, clean pool and it is completely screened in, which was so nice because you didn't have to worry about cleaning leaves out of the pool. You also didn't have to worry about insects! A few things I wish I knew: There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and one large bedroom on the second floor. There are a LOT of doors to the outside (I think 6), especially to the pool, so people with small kids need to be careful. It would be great if the owners could add some kind of high-up locks to help with safety. The house is well equipped - toilet paper, soaps for dishes/laundry, lots of beach supplies, pool supplies, plenty of kitchen items, plenty of towels, including beach towels, and a very nice pack & play. The only thing I'd suggest is that the owner add some hooks on the walls near the front door - would be helpful for coats or keys. All in all I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely house with awesome pool

We loved staying here. Very clean and newly remodeled. Close to beach and the beach chairs, cooler and beach toys were a plus. We loved the pool toys too. Kelsey, the property manager was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The house is not far from the downtown Cocoa Beach village and 5 miles to a grocery store. (Publix). The pool cleaner gave us several restaurants to try and they were all amazing! Fish Lips and Rusty’s in Port Canaveral, Florida Seafood in Cocoa Beach. We were traveling with a 1 year old and the house had a pack and play which came in very handy. The pool was very clean and warm. Definitely recommend this house for your stay in Cocoa Beach!

Amazing Spring Break Getaway!

The pictures of the property are extremely well done and accurately represent what you'll see is what you'll get. The more impressive detail is the property itself is even more amazing! The location is great so you'll want to make sure that you walk down to 11th street and use the public beach access. This is way better than driving to a public beach. I also have to say how impressed I was with the communication with the property manager! Kelsy made the entire check-in/check-out process seamless! I highly recommend this property to everyone that is looking for the very nicest VRBO!

Cocoa beach vacay

We loved the place. A short walk to the beach and we walked to town a few times too. The place was lovely! 3 full baths and plenty of sleeping places for everyone! Loved the updated house! Liked the enclosed pool area, kept the pool clean! First time at Cocoa Beach and loved it. The beach was clean and not crowded at all where we were. Overall a wonderful vacation in a great place and area!

Cocoa Beach Trip

House was beautiful, clean and located just about a mile from downtown area. We quickly felt like we were at home. We loved the Cocoa Beach area and all the great places to eat, enjoy an adult beverage and enjoy the sun.
