You and your loved ones will be immersed in a boaters paradise from the second you open the front door. This 3 Bedroom – 2 Bathroom villa boasts just under 1400 sq ft of coastal decor & space, with sleeping capabilities for 6! With just 5-10 minutes out to open water and close proximity to great local attractions - Villa Boat House will have you wishing you'd planned a longer vacation! This is a small Island town and it is the perfect place to unplug and unwind. The home does offer WIFI, however it may not be an ideal location for remote work or school. The boat lift is for owner use only. No pool heater.

The house was beautiful. The furniture and beds are extremely comfortable including all the outdoor furniture and loungers. The home has all new appliances. The location is wonderful and having a heated pool was priceless. The communication with your team was excellent and prompt. 5

After the halfway point the communication ceased. I emailed several times and even talked to someone about the pool turning green due to heavy rain and no one responded. Will not use this company again.

Best vacation home!
Absolutely loved our stay here. It was easy to get to and loved that we could bring our boat. Probably one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Kitchen was well equipped. And having the pool on sight was perfect too. Will be back for sure!

Perfect Florida Retreat!
Nice, relaxing, island vibe! Perfect for a family getaway! We enjoyed sitting on the canal, fishing and then cooling off in the pool. We saw manatees in the channel! So cool! Beds were comfy! Plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen items. Plenty of places to eat right on Pine Island. You really never need to leave the island for necessities. Very attentive management. Pool guy came while we were there. Plenty of pool toys too! Neighbors are quiet but friendly! Will come back again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay here. However it was colder than we excepted. It was disappointing that the pool wasn't heated. But over all it is a nice place.

Wonderful Stay at the Boat House
We had a wonderful stay at the Boathouse over Thanksgiving. There were 6 of us ranging in ages from 75-10. We brought our 24' boat with us and there was ample space on the dock next to the lift to keep it during our stay. The house is well represented in pictures, and had ample linens and kitchen ware. We brought our own paper products which was helpful because the nearest grocery store was 15 minutes away. The town was safe and quiet. It made for a very relaxing trip. We loved Phuzzy's! They had live music almost every night, great food, and great service!

Great Quiet Getaway
The property was lovely. Better than as presented in the pictures. Bright and airy with more than enough room for more than two. Neighbors were very friendly and came to say hello when we arrived and goodbye when we left. Monica, our rental agent, was terrific. She had inspected the property before our arrival to make sure it was as promised. She called almost every day to make sure things were good. The house was within 10 miles of easy shopping and good eating. The bar at the Yucatan Waterfront was great. We plan on going back. If you decide to book this property you won't be sorry. Enjoy!
