Sundance With Me is a 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom 1,812 sq ft Villa with a loft, located steps away from the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf course. Its spacious layout includes a large kitchen, and 2 outdoor living spaces for everyone to enjoy! The main level is home to the master bedroom and fantastic kitchen that is stocked with cooking utensils- making it easy to dine in while on vacation. Walk out to the lower back patio which contains a BBQ, and outdoor dining area. Upstairs you'll find more outdoor patio space on the upper balcony where there is a seating area with lounge chairs for relaxing. Enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon anytime of the day!

Of course, the outdoor experience is the highlight of Southern Utah, Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away) are its crowning glory. Need something to do at night? Catch a play at Tuacahn theater just 10 miles away.

Stick closer to home and enjoy the local hiking/biking trails, The Ledges Golf Course, pickle ball courts (we do have pickle ball paddles and balls for your use), a spacious pool (we provide beach towels), 20-person hot tub *Poolside lounge area *Kids wading pool all located within 150 yards of your front door.

Fun house!

The teens LOVED the bunk room. It was so nice to have 4 full bathrooms. This house can accommodate a crowd with no problem! Very clean and decorated nice. I love the location. Its a quick drive to the town of St. George and you get to enjoy being surrounded with wide open spaces and gorgeous red rock. We went over spring break and the hot tub and pool were never overcrowded. Also this is the best sized hot tub I've stayed at. 5 stars!

Loved our stay at the Ledges. Close proximity to Snow Canyon. The property had all of the basic needs: shampoo/conditioner, dish detergent, laundry detergent, extra blankets. Loved being 10 min out of the business of St George, yet close enough to still enjoy the town.

Great location

We spent 5 days with four rounds of golf and had an awesome time. The condo was excellent and equipped with everything a group would need. It was very clean with a wonderful second floor outside patio and fire pit. Would certainly recommend this condo for a great time!!

Good Stay

We had a good stay at this property. Condo was very nice & comfortable. Quite a bit of noise from the highway right out back prevented us from keeping upstairs bedroom windows open at night. Community hot tub was good at first of our stay but then became unusable as it was green & smelly. We called the property manager about this but was told it was an HOA issue & they would address it…but never did during our stay. We also called about one of the bikes the owner provided having a flat tire but was told it was an owner issue & was never fixed during our stay….which was disappointing. We stayed the last week of March & first week of April…which was a mistake as this was spring break for Utah schools & the place was crawling with very large families of elementary, middle school & high school kids!

Thanksgiving in the desert

Reviewer Comments: My family and I live at a ski resort in Colorado and were in search of a warmer place to gather together and do some hiking and just hang out in a warmer climate. I run the largest vacation rental company at the base, so I share many of the challenges you may be dealing with. Everything was really great with just a few minor comments: The ice in the ice maker was really old. I would suggest emptying it each time its cleaned. I emptied it to get the ice to distribute. The paper products you use are pretty low quality. Tissue, TP and paper towels were sub-par. We received some "parking violations" for parking in the street one night and then another for what I can only guess was parking with a bumper over the sidewalk. Please consider better communication regarding parking. And lastly there were a few hairs in each of the bathrooms. Overall, these were pretty minor things that can easily be overcome.

Vacation in Saint George at Sundance With Me

Everything was great except fro the beds in the upstairs bedrooms. In the Verbo description it stated that the beds were king and they were only full. This was uncomfortable for some of my family. Other than that everything was perfect. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Excellent space-great location!

This was such a great place to stay. They had everything provided and plenty of space for our kids and parents. Two pools available was a major bonus and close to golfing and hiking in Snow Canyon. We had a great stay!
