This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood just off of i-70 and across from the resort.

Getting Around:
Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys, but there are also bus and shuttle options in the area. A free year-round bus makes it easy to get to Vail Mountain with all of your gear. I-70 access is close by for trips to neighboring resorts and cities. Check Vail public transit sites for details.

- No parties or groups of more than 4
- This property is NOT pet friendly.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.

Condo not as described

First the positives: there is a fully stocked modern kitchen with plenty of paper goods. Now the rest: The description on VRBO site doesn’t exactly match the condo. Large closet in master bedroom with king bed is locked & cannot be used. There is 1 closet in 2nd bedroom- has only 4 hangers. Master bedroom has soft bed, old dresser but W/D with detergent provided. Although there were 4 bath towels there was only 1 hand towel & 1 washcloth, which is odd for a condo that sleeps 4 people. The kitchen had only 1 small dish towel. There definitely needs to be more attention to cleaning: The shower curtain liner was full of orange mold across the lower portion and had black mold in the middle. I have owned a rental property in the past and always changed the shower curtain liners yearly, or more frequently if needed. There were cobwebs by French doors floor & the comforter in 2nd bedroom was dirty.

Great location and value.

3-5 minute drive to the village or lionshead parking structure…parking right in front of the condo. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location down the street from Safeway. Everything we needed for a relaxing ski vacation. Great value for what you get.
