This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has a master with a queen size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom (two full beds) and the third bedroom (bunk beds with single mattresses - twins) share a bathroom. All rooms have TV's. Internet is included. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a combo washer-dryer in the unit. You will love the outside area. The covered lanai is a great spot for a drink or a lazy time with family and friends (wonderful view on the conservation at the back). It is screened in so that you are not bothered by bugs.
And don't forget: you will be just a short walk to the bus line and a 5 minute drive to big box retailers and restaurants. Amenities include a resort style pool and spa, gym, picnic area, and tennis court. Don't wait, it will not be available for long.
**** The HOA is only allowing 1 car to be parked in front of the condo at all times. Another car can park next to the pool (both cars will need a parking pass). In case of towing, it will be at the guests' expense.
