Wonderful Vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect and the view was amazing. The short walk to the beach was so convenient! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic view/great beach access

We enjoyed our stay and would book this condo again. It is as decribed. Beach is beautiful and only a few steps away. Exactly what we were looking for. Could have used more washcloths and towels.

Wonderful location

We had a great stay over the Christmas holiday. The ocean view was spectacular! The condo is the perfect location to enjoy a quiet environment and be just a short drive from the city. The walkway to the beach was easy and convenient. Amenities were exactly as listed, no complaints!

Wonderful beachfront property!

Perfect place to stay if you are looking for a beach vacation. We had a wonderful time staying here. My only complaint is for a place with 3 bathrooms, we had only a half a roll of TP and zero paper towels upon our arrival. We also could not find any additional trash bags. We did not reach out to the owner about these minor issues as we needed to run to the grocery store anyways, but it could be an inconvenience for someone who wasn’t already planning on going to the store. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again!

Pool was not swimable it was too cold, even though we were assured it would be 85 degrees, it averaged 65. Because of construction dust and drilling we could not go outside on the porch. Bad timing to rent on owners part

Great oceanfront location!

Hard to beat the view! Clean, comfortable and well appointed condo. The location of this unit in particular was perfect. Steps from the beach and the pool. Communication with the owner / manger was also great!

Perfect accommodations!

We have stayed at many condos and cabins through the years. Most of them lack many things that you don’t normally travel with like salt, pepper, measuring cups, sufficient baking pans, etc. This one was amazing. It had everything we needed. The view here is wonderful and it’s a very short walk to the beach.

Relaxing on Crescent Beach

The property is well equipped and very well located. The "manager" communicated effectively in a timely when we had questions prior to our stay. On any issues during our stay he responded quickly and professionally.

Lovely Condo and beach

Stayed with my grandchildren over their fall break. Wonderful time and plenty of room. Decor was pretty and all the bathrooms had very nice tile. The location was great and so was the view of the beach and ocean. Not busy at all. Loved it.

Beautiful beachfront

The end unit condo had a beautiful oceanfront view. Listening to the waves crashing and watching the sunrise every morning, was mesmerizing. The condo’s kitchen was well equipped, and the living area was cozy on the rather chilly nights we had. The beach is beautiful! You could walk for miles on the white, firm sand. Area was quiet and peaceful. 15 minute drive to the busier areas.

Beach condo St. Augustine

Beautiful condo with all the amenities. The best view from the deck. Beach is less then 40 feet away. We saw turtles in the berm. The rooms were decorated with tastefully beach decor.and the beds we so comfortable. We would definitely book again when we are in the area. St. Augustine beach is easy to walk and a very clean beach. The area has so many great places to eat.

2024 February beach

Beautiful flat beach and great waterfront view of sunrise. Clean upon arrival! Unit bathrooms, kitchen, and ceilings have been updated nicely. Suggest: new cookie sheets, add one more floor lamp for reading in living room, unit has good vacuum but it needs to be cleaned. Parking close to unit can be difficult as limited spots nearby.

Expectations Exceeded!

We arrived with our expectations in-check and left with them being exceeded. Although in an older building, the unit was clean, well equipped to meet our needs and larger than what’s found in newer buildings. It's a corner unit with a 270 degree view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. But it’s all about the beach and it was excellent! From the dunes to the shore was easily 300ft at times so there was lots of room and no crowding. The white powder sand runs for miles in each direction, much farther then I could walk or even see. Watch for dolphins frolicking in the surf in the early mornings.

Beautiful view of a very peaceful beach

Loved our stay in this condo and complex. The beach itself is beautiful, quiet, and was huge. There was a good 100ft between the dunes and the waters edge even at high tide. Perfect for setting up chairs and tents (especially for little ones). Condo was great, well appointed kitchen with utensils/cookware. Rooms had good beds. Only negative we had was we wished there was more sitting space in the main living area...but that's a preference thing and you can't please everyone. We're already planning our next trip to this area and we hope this condo will be available then, would definitely recommend this unit and operators.

Has Everything You Need for a Great Stay in St. Augustine

This was a lovely condo and perfectly suited our needs. It was clean and well-appointed. The location is great as it is an oceanfront end unit. We unfortunately did not have the best weather ( got above the low 60s) but we were able to walk on the beach–which is beautiful–very clean, wide, flat. We also played pickle ball on the tennis courts. We tried to sit at the pool but it just wasn’t quite warm enough. Interestingly, the pools were said to be heated, but both were very cold even given the weather. Allan, the owner, was wonderful all throughout the reservation process. He was communicative and helpful. We were trying to find dinner reservations for Christmas Day. He sent a list with lots of suggestions and recommendations. I would definitely recommend this condo for couples and families. We would stay again if we return to St. Augustine.

A Crescent Beach Vacation

Spacious place on the beach!

Beautiful place, just on the beach, greatly distributed for our party of five, peaceful, quiet and gorgeous scenery. Very clean with everything you need. Beds are comfortable. You can watch a sunrise from your bed in third floor. You can just walk out to the beach from the room in the first floor. Everyone was comfortable. There is Publix less than 10 minute drive and the beautiful historic downtown is less than 20 minute drive. Just perfect location. We loved it all. It is beautiful decorated too. Thanks so much for caring every detail.
