You'll love all the space this 3rd floor, 1 bedroom/ 2 bath unit offers at Sugar Beach. This unit offers in-direct views with beach access only feet away.
The full kitchen offers both large and small appliances, as well as cookware and utensils, with dining seats featured at the eat-in bar. A small balcony is accessed from the living area and offers seating for extra relaxation.
The Living Area offers plenty of seating, including a Sofa Sleeper, for additional, overnight guests. The main level features a full bathroom with standing shower, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Upstairs you will find a Bedroom that offers Queen Bedding, spacious closet, a dresser for storing your personal belongings, and a Television. A Private Bathroom with separate dressing area is also featured that is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Although this unit is compact, it offers all you will need for a most enjoyable stay. It is located in the heart of Orange Beach, offers great amenities, and is located on the sand, so No Crossing the busy street to access the beach.

Sugar Beach is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS casinos are only two hours away!

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: ,3 Pools, Kiddie Pool, Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, Sugar Shack (Poolside Snack Bar), BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

PARKING: Sugar Beach offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, for a fee of $35.00 CASH each or $36.05 using a credit card. Your parking pass will purchased be from the Guard upon arrival. Sugar Beach has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

Perfect for small family

First trip with just my kids and I. This condo was the perfect size for us. Just as the listing says it’s small, cozy, and just a short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony which was a win for my daughter and I! Only thing I’d say is be mindful when you close the door because sometimes I noticed it wouldn’t close all the way for the lock to catch, otherwise great stay!

Nice getaway!!

Very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly! It was right on the beach and clean pools. The only real gripe was the elevator was slow and extremely hot. We would definitely stay again regardless!!

August 2022 Stay

Overall, would stay there again! First night we had some issues accessing our room. This was a complete fluke and no fault of anyone. The on-call were great in helping us! From my day of travel I know I was a little snippy in the beginning, but their attitude and willingness to help made the entire situation better. The building/property itself is older and could use some updating. I wasn’t expecting the cement walls in the interior and that took me back. It has a prison/old dorm feeling, but I’m sure very safe in hurricane weather. The condo itself is also a little outdated and could have used a little more cleaning (ceiling fans and shower liner specifically). We enjoyed the easy beach access and night time on the beach quickly became a favorite. The pools were also nice when wanting an escape from the sand. It truly became our cozy little home away from home and we enjoyed our stay. We did leave a few supplies for the next guests because truly there’s just never enough.

Love Sugar Beach...but not this room

Both adults are 5'2"... couldn't reach microwave without a chair. No safety latch on entry door. No plug for tub drain...unable to bathe kids in tub. No blankets..but a very nice woman brought some when we called. THE SOFA BED WAS TERRIBLE..even the kids couldn't sleep. Needs a thicker mattress. No hair dryer...it actually wasn't listed as an item but I haven't stayed at any of the SB condos in the last 19 years that did not have one! Clean and we did love the beach♥️ Overall we still enjoyed our vacation. This unit just needs a little love and attention.

Are we safe here?

This unit is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures! Shower curtain in lower bath had mold on it! Patio chairs had mold on them! One smoke detector located on 2nd level without a battery and no sprinkler system in unit! There was no bedding for pull out sofa bed and one of the pillows was stained! Mattress on pullout bed was very worn out! Microwave was on top of the fridge! We had to stand on top of our cooler in order to use it! Upstairs carpet was dirty, stained and not vacuumed! We had towels and no washcloths! Closet door hanging on one hinge! The unit is outdated and had a really unclean feel and smell to it! We asked for an accommodation (not a refund) but was told there’s was nothing that could be done until the next dAy. We ended up spending more money that night at a hotel!!! Next morning we went to Luna Beach Properties main office and further expressed our concerns. Once again, we were told that there was nothing that could be done! This lady was very cold and could care less about our concerns!! “Take the shower curtain down and another rest of your trip!” That’s what she told us, because there’s Belsen they could do! Out of all the properties that they have, we could not be accommodated! We also asked if someone would clean the unit for us because it wasn’t very clean! They later sent a very nice maintenance guy who fixed the closet replaced some light bulbs! We had to spend money again to buy cleaning products to clean the unit ourselves in order to try and enjoy the rest of our stay! This unit is not big enough for 4 adults! No privacy!

Loved sugar beach

I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was small but worked well. The beach was pretty. Our washer was broke before we got there and part took a long time. They brought us extra towels which was much appreciated.

Sugar Beach

It has been two springs since we have been able to visit the Gulf. And between the pandemic and.multiple hurricanes we really did not expect to make it this spring.. Thankfully we did a Sugar Beach condos were great. Clean convenient, and on the mend with the rest of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Good work!!

First time at Orange Beach

Loved the location of the condo. You can just walk right to the beach without crossing any streets. The owner was easily accessible and very responsive. Easy to work with. My husband and I especially loved the Sugar Shack. The pool on the 1st floor was nice too. Wasnt overcrowded which we loved! Cant wait to go back again

Really enjoyed the location but......

Loved the location but there is a couple things our condo needed. 1- a washer that didn’t sound like it was going to blow at any time. 2- the dishwasher literally came out of its place every time we opened it all the way. I feel our condo just needed some love and some minor updates. Oh and while taking one last look at the place before we left we did notice the slates under the bed were broken. No wonder the bed wasn’t very comfortable. With all thus said we still truly enjoy our stay. We will return.
