The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen make it easy to stay connected while making meals or watching movies. The dining table seats 4, plus there is room for 4 more at the kitchen counter.

Outdoor Spaces:

There are plenty of great outdoor spaces to enjoy at this home. The ground level offers covered parking, and a covered patio area, plus an enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold water).. The first floor has a streetside covered porch and a second covered deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped fenced in back yard, both have wonderful swings and furniture for relaxing. The second floor has a partially covered sundeck with furniture that overlooks the backyard and has a great view of the marsh and ICW. And there is a third level sundeck with amazing views of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway! In the backyard you’ll find a lovely, shaded seating area.

Location: 

Your beach rental is located approximately 2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

$100 Non-Refundable Fee per Dog - max number allowed is 2. Sorry, cats are not allowed.
Beach access a few blocks away at Broadway and North Shore Dr.
Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included but are available for an additional fee.  

Trip Preparation:

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! Please note that this property does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
