Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months). This amazing vacation home has just been built and furnished by a famous local interior designer. The property is south-facing, and has a private pool, a covered lanai, a sun deck, a full-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom (3 bedrooms) has its bathroom and a tv. All Tv's are WIFI connected to enhance your experience. Bedroom 1: king with ensuite. Bedroom 2: Queen with private bathroom. Bedroom 3: twin beds with private bathroom. And on top of it, you get complimentary access to the fantastic clubhouse and its amenities: gym, game room, heated pool and spa, kids playground - *Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

The house wasn't clean tomorrow standards. Carpets weren't vacuumed and were dirty. We were told that they prob need to be shampood but there wasn't enough time because of back to back rentals. Someone did come and vacuum when I talked about carpets. There were no curtains on the livingroom window and it looked like the rod was ripped off the wall. The bathrooms and general appearance of the house was great but it needed a deep clean. They forgot to leave the main key pool fob at the house and didn't get it until 3 days in to the trip and I had a 7 yr old who wanted to swim. Anyway, we have stayed in Serenity homes three times now and do not like to be disappointed. We did make the best of our vacation because we were together and had wonderful weather.
