The home is also complete with modern conveniences like radiant floor heating, high-speed wifi (400 mbps), and a lounge room featuring a TV with a premium xfinity cable package (250 channels including HBO & Showtime), and XBox 360.
Our kitchen is well-stocked and has plenty of space to prepare food for multiple families. Upstairs, guests will find comfortable mattresses and cozy bedding. The master bath features a free-standing tub and an oversized double shower with rain shower heads. The home stocks items to make it comfortable for your little ones (Pack N’ Play, high chair, toys). Our large deck backs to open space and mountain views, and features a hot tub, propane grill, and patio set. You’ll find a private trail leading down to the Blue River, where beaver, moose, and deer are spotted throughout the year. You will have access to our shed of toys including cornhole, giant jenga, bocci ball, kids toys and more.
Smoking is not permitted and will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No pets allowed.
In winter months, the driveway is plowed regularly, but is typically snowpacked. 4-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, or front-wheel drive with snow tires or chains is mandatory. Rear wheel drive SUVs and trucks WILL GET STUCK in the snow.
Parking: max of 4 automobiles in the driveway; no parking on town roads.
