This efficiency apartment is located in EastPoint, FL, the gateway to SGI! It
is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to
visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. It is nestled in a very
quiet neighborhood in "The Forgotten Coast" of Florida and is surrounded by
greenery.
The indoor space is small but cozy and comfortable, with a little relaxing
living space on the bottom level also connected to a kitchenette. Basic
appliances like a microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker
included. The upper level contains the sleeping area and bathroom. There is a
queen and twin bed and separate bathroom with a full shower. Nice view of the
Bay and the island, so you can fully disconnect and enjoy your vacation.
Plenty of outdoor space for you to relax and enjoy the surrounding greenery.
