Fun vacation

We loved the house. Spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub and the kids loved the game room. Close drive to both club houses or the shuttle was available too. We had a great time!

fun week for our family

The property was clean and conveniently located. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub...we paid for the heat. We also enjoyed the community activity clubs. The property was close to Disneyworld and there were many stores near by to purchase food/necessities.The game room at the house had games that could be played by all ages, beds were comfortable.

Super Duper!

This was one of the nicest stays ever! The community and amenities were amazing. The house was just as it looked online. We had thirteen people, 5 children four years old and younger and everything was so easy.. ordered strollers, pack and plays. Everything was there when we arrived.. thank you to David our host. Definitely going back!!

Overall Awesome Experience

This property was perfect for our Disney family vacation with kids and grandkids. The 2-6 year olds loved every aspect of the property - the themed bedrooms, the movie theater, the game room. And there was plenty of space to spread out. It was an easy 15-25 minutes to all the parks and attractions. It wasn't "perfect" but one of the best aspects was that from pre booking through check out the host was very responsive and helpful.We were disappointed that the pool heater was broken so we were not able to use the pool or spa (it was a colder week). The host tried to have the problem resolved but the pool company couldn't get it fixed while we were there. The money we paid for the pool heating was promptly and proactively refunded. One of the king beds my son and daughter in law found uncomfortable. Fortunately there were other rooms they could shift into after the 1st night and the rest of the beds were all fine.Would definitely go back to this property.

Amazing Stay

Everything was in the house. No need to go anywhere. Perfect for kids and very spacious. We saw the Copa America Finals and it was memorable. Quite and safe, Overall incredible place for family and friends. Close to everything.

Villa in Kissimmee

Great villa in a nice community. Property management company was very helpful when we had a couple of minor issues. Location is great for Disney, shopping and about 30 minutes from downtown Orlando. We would happily stay here again.

Spring Break 2024

Great Location - The House was big enough that we had our own space but allowed us to be together as one big family. We ran into a few problems like no Pool Heat for the first two (2) days of our stay - a couple minor issues with cleanliness but our property manager was prompt to address the issues.

Beautiful and relaxing

Very clean and beautiful property. Property manger is prompt to answer questions and very informative. Only issue we encountered was gate access into the neighborhood since the pass we were given didn't work but the gatehouse personnel was there 24/7 so getting through was not ever a problem. Our youngest is 16, the oldest in our party 68, we all were very pleased!!

This property did not disappoint our family of ten! The online pictures do not do it justice. The house was immaculate upon arrival. The rooms-one was larger then the next. Only negative I would give this property was the gate at the entrance to enter the community did not work properly throughout our stay. The house located only mins from Disney. I highly recommend this property!

Great place for families to gather, terrible check-in/security process.

Was a perfect place for our extended family to gather and hang out in the area. The only issue we had was the crazy bad check-in process, confusing instructions, broken security gates, and otherwise completely bewildering "how do i get there and get in" process. It took 2 hours to get thru security (which wasn't necessary in the end) to go 1 mile and find the house. Something needs to change.

Fun Filled Family Spring Break

Great place for our family to have our spring break together! We had kids ranging from 1-15 and no one wanted to leave. Rooms were huge and pool got SO much use. Loved the outside living space that we could use while also keeping kids out of pool. Only thing we would have done differently was just come right to the house instead of waiting in line for a parking pass when we first arrived - it was pretty backed up and we didn’t end up needing it to get to the place and could have picked it up once we got settled. Not a huge issue in the overall and maybe it can be helpful to someone else! Location of this house is perfect because there aren’t neighbors on all sides like some homes. I saw a lot of reviews about noise and was concerned but no issues! Can’t say enough about the Excellent customer service through any question we had- Very responsive and helpful! We would completely recommend staying at this house!!!

Place was great except the pool and hot tub heating put a major damper on our stay

We truly enjoyed the house. It was very nice and would have had a 5-star rating IF the pool and hot tub were heated as we planned. We didn't have heat until more than halfway through our trip and the communication follow up has not been good. I've been trying to reach them as they promised a refund because we paid for heat and it was determined the unit was not working until they sent people out to fix but by then it was mostly too late. I feel as if we left they no longer cared and I haven't seen a follow up regarding that refund. I'm unable to message the host on VRBO.

Wonderful family staycation experience

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It had everything needed for a great staycation with our family of 11 (ages ranged from 20-83). Communication with the managers was excellent. They were able to accommodate us with an early check in request due to having elderly parents who needed early access. The house was meticulously clean. Everyone had their own bedroom! The adults - young and old - loved the game room, pool/hot tub and theater! When we did have a couple of issues, the management company addressed those items very quickly. (There was a broken towel rack in one of the bathrooms, a broken lock on the sliding door, two outdoor lounge cushions that were old and dirty and an issue with one of the neighbors playing loud offensive music.) Each time I reached out, Lilia got back to me and handled each matter promptly and with success. Our family of 11 had a wonderful vacation weekend - we never left the house - and everyone raved about it! There was plenty of room for privacy as well as so many options to spend time together. The house was decorated beautifully and the pictures are accurate. The lake view was so pretty and on our last day we saw an alligator just outside the lanai. We would not hesitate to stay at this house again and would look for homes owned and managed by Diamond Vacation Homes since their customer service overall was excellent. They really do try to make your stay at their property as perfect as possible.
