There's no place quite like Barrier Dunes! This peaceful, gulf front gated community offers everything your family needs to make their vacation memorable. Play tennis, swim in one of two pools, one of which looks out onto the beach. Maybe you would like to go down to one of the fish filled ponds to fish. Boardwalks lead you out to the beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Barrier Dunes is also adjacent to the St Joseph Peninsula State Park and is at the Northernmost tip of The Cape, home to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy the views and the very short walk to the beach in Just Beachy.

Absolutely most beautiful beach

Very nice condo. Lovely decks that have ocean views. Beds very comfortable. Small room on third level would be great for younger kids. Tall teenagers had a tough time.

Location, location, location

An extremely short walk to the beach and pool. Very spacious. Bring baby gates as there are a lot of stairs. House was as described. Definitely dated, but very clean. I would say that if you are looking for a high end everything, this is not the place for you. But can not brag about the location enough. As a dad who has to haul beach gear, location made my vacation a lot easier.

Lovely beachy condo

Honestly I would've given this a 5 star review. The beds were great, the decor was beachy and cute. It was so close to the beach we popped in and out for forgotten items . The only drawback was the AC. We understood that it's the middle of summer I'm Florida BUT they had it set to 78 and it really did not deviate from 78 the entire stay. It was so uncomfortable hot in the condo and the only relief was at night when the sun went down and the temperature went to 73.
