This two bedroom, two bath unit is a beautiful updated unit. The unit faces
Canyon Lodge, with views of the mountain. The kitchen is a chef's dream with
custom cabinets, granite counters and updated appliances. The master bedroom
has a king bed and large 42' flat screen TV. The upstairs bedroom has a queen
bed, queen sofa sleeper, bunk twin over full, with a 37' flat screen TV. The
living room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper, 42' flat screen, gas fireplace and great
view of the mountain. A ski locker is provided in the garage. The courtyard
area has a heated pool (summer only), 2 year round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and
picnic tables summer/fall. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table,
kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave for group gatherings, a large
screen TV, sitting area with large fireplace. For winter skiers, the complex
is located roughly 110 yards from Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge.
ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any
additional parking is not guaranteed.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EMOTIONAL SUPPPORT ANIMALS.
ONLY CERTIFIED ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED.
