It’s a large house

We were only there for a few days, good supply of items in the kitchen, from what I could tell, but didn’t use the kitchen.

Great Place

The house was just as advertised. Location had some good places to eat nearby and very close to highway access. It was clean, spacious and for a family with very young kids had a pack n play, 2 high chairs and a bunch of toys that they loved. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property but….

The property was beautiful. The home was beautiful however we had a large family booking and there wasn’t enough dishes, pots, and pans, etc. to accommodate us. The back deck had loose boards replaced that we’re not screwed down. It was very dangerous and the front entrance railing fell and broke while my mother-in-law was trying to walk out the entrance. At the price they’re asking for this property. These safety hazard things should be addressed.

Perfect Place for Our Big Family

We had a wedding in Vaughn and combined it into a family weekend with our 9 adult children (11 of us). The house and the amenities were exactly what we needed. The owner expanded his driveway so we could park our 4 cars. Would love an earlier check it and later checkout time, but it all worked out with the owner who was very nice.

The property was amazing. The host was accommodating to our situation and was eager to help us find a way to book even with technical difficulties. We enjoyed our stay as an artistic swimming team travelling to Markham for competition and will be back if another meet occurs in the future!

Convenience location that many restaurants and supermarkets. The house is very clean and all equipments provided by the owner. Just want to suggest that it would be better to provide more parking spaces as 2 is not enough for allowing 11 people living in the house. The owner is very nice and friendly so we can have more communication. Overall, it was a great staying😊

The property was ok but needs to be maintained

The property was large with ample space but there were a number of issues. The property has labels on doors and switches to say ‘out of use’. Upon arrival the front door screen was broken and the owner said they didn’t have time to fix it before we arrived. There was an unsafe trampoline which we were told not to use (dangerous items should simply not be there) with the amount you are paying you expect the general standard of the house to be kept. The owner also often visits the property, usually when you are not there. It feels like you are being watched all the time. There are security cameras at the front of the property which the owner continuously monitors. On one occasion we were asked to receive an Amazon parcel for the owner. During your stay you will also be asked to water the owner’s plants. The property was ok and served the purpose but it was expensive. The general standard of the property needs to be kept at that price. There were huge spider-webs all around the windows. The garden was overgrown with garbage and not safe for young kids to use.

The property offers two levels of majestic space
• Ground floor:
Spacious living and dining area as well as the kitchen plus an extra family room with a fire place.

• Outdoor:
• Gas tank Barbecue, trampoline, spacious private garden
• First floor:
There are 4 separate bedrooms (3 ensuite) with a queen size bed in each bedroom. There is a jacuzzi in Master Bedroom1 Bathroom.

The skylight and very high entrance ceiling give the property a unique bright and airiness.

A LaserJet colour printer is provided for urgent printing needs (printing cost $0.5/page)
