Great house

The house was great for 7 members.It was perfect.There were no other guests in the basement during our stay so we didn't bothered about any noise.We stayed there for 2 nights and we didn't find any issues worth mentioning.If we ever visit Denver,We will choose this house again.

Foreign contacts Foreign scam biz Reported to CC company and VRBO Broken furniture - springs stacked on top of memory foam for beds hahahaha WOW- used soap bar in shower- shower overgrowth of bacterium- broken windows- no hand towels… weird ish. Would NOT respond during holiday weekend. Refund immediately or CC company will win dispute.

No Frills Stay Near Boulder

This property had lots of beds, seven total in 5 rooms and three and a half baths which was great for our group of 7. There are no flat sheets on any beds and most just have a thin comforter or blanket. There are no extra sheets, blankets or pillows. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were not at all. There are no games, cards or any other “extra” amenities. The house overall was not super clean, it did not look like it had been vacuumed prior to our arrival. The living room couches are very uncomfortable, and there is no where else to hang out. It’s was fine as a place to sleep while attending a wedding in boulder, but very bare minimum.

Needs lots of TLC

Neighborhood was great - very convenient to get around. Beautiful park for walking. House needs lots of TLC. In addition: 1. Spatula utensil needed in kitchen 2. Missing TV remote in one of the upstairs bedrooms 3.Shower curtain in upstairs bathroom dirty on bottom 4. Saw 3 - 4 spiders along with a few other bugs inside house 5. Cobwebs hanging over small table in kitchen 6. Front door lock kept spinning. Had to go out thru garage to make sure front door was locked. 7. No flat sheets on beds. All only had fitted sheet. Master bed fitted sheet did not fit well.

Denver Suburb

The house is large and spacious. It has plenty of beds and rooms. However some of the beds only have a fitted sheet and a comforter. There weren't any flat sheets to add to the bed makeup. The kitchen is small for the size of the house. The oven is old and stained and the handle is falling off the stove. They had the handle "taped" back on, they taped it with present wrapping tape so it fell off every time you touched it. The upstairs gets brutally hot while the very bottom downstairs gets really cold. The main level is the only place where the temperature is comfortable. The house worked for what we needed, but could use a little TLC on the beds and kitchen.

Nice Place for a big family.

It was very clean and well maintained. Simple rental with plenty of beds in a nice neighborhood. We stayed with our large family 3 adults and 6 kids. The only thing we would have changed was a bit more in the kitchen. There were plenty of dishes like plates and bowls but no steak knives a few missing untinsel and a small selection of pots and pans. Fine for serving food but if you intend to cook you might want to bring some of your own. In other properties we typically find basic seasonings and maybe some Ziplocs or tin foil or seran wrap but this rental did not. The appliances in the kitchen are older but still work just fine. An abundance of towels are available and the living areas are super clean and nice.

Nice house in good location

If you’re looking a good value and a nice house to stay in, this is a good pick. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed the location (nice neighborhood). We had 7 and there was space for everyone. One suggestion, if you have sheets and pillows, bring them. All the beds only have a fitted sheet and a comforter. No flat sheet or blankets. Also, the pillows don’t have cases, they are shams that match the comforter. Even with these deficiencies, I think the place is a good value.

Budget

The property was clean but older and felt budget. Some mattresses were good and some were not. We did not have all beds made up and ready for our arrival which caused some stress. We had to use some blankets from the car to cover a mattress for the first night. The host refunded our cleaning fee to try to make up for the missing bedding during our first nights stay. The furniture is not comfortable for lounging and hanging out. If you need a cheap place to sleep a lot of people and you don't plan on hanging out or cooking much there than it should suffice.

Cheap!!!

Upon arrival I never received an email to check in so I reached out to the owner and they never responded so I had to call vrbo to get in contact with evolve just to get in. The beds are small and hard. Living room couches are cheap and flimsy. They advertise as if the basement is a full room with a couch but it was empty room. Oven is broken and taped up. Never in my life have I booked a place that wanted you to replace things like toilet paper etc. upon departure. Those things are usually included with the stay.

Denver vacation

The rental house was very nice looking from the outside. Inside, however, there was tape holding the handle of the stove on and a window that had a crack that was also patched with clear tape. The fire place that is pictured in the listing, and honestly one of the reasons we chose this place, was not functional. Im not sure if it never works or maybe just for the time being but I was disappointed. The neighborhood was nice and safe.
