Tomaree Dayz Beach house at Shoal Bay
‘Tomaree Dayz’ ticks all the boxes – a cute art deco beach house sitting 300m down the road to the Shoal Bay foreshore. Within a 2-3 minute walk to the nearby Country Club, cafes and shops, and a 5 minute walk to the beach - there is no need to take the car out once you have arrived. It is all there at your finger tips.
As soon as you walk through the door you will feel at ease once you begin to capture that boutique-like hotel experience. Boasting 2 large bedrooms with queens size beds and ceiling fans, and a third bedroom featuring a double bed, single bed and ceiling fan, ’Tomaree Dayz’ also adds that luxurious touch to enhance your experience by providing hotel quality sheets, towels (including beach towels) and toiletries. And what better way to relax and unwind when you arrive by taking a dip in the hot spa privately located at the covered rear outdoor alfresco and dining area. (additional cost)
This tranquil area features a BBQ, a dining area and outdoor furniture overlooking the rear garden. There is also the bonus of a second outdoor toilet and shower next to the laundry facilities.
You can also enjoy the covered front balcony with a coffee in the morning or an afternoon Spritz during the sunset.
The property also features a separate kitchen and dining area adjacent to the air-conditioned lounge room which also contains an electric log fire, SMART TV and free WiFi. So you can login in and watch any of your favourite shows or relax and read some of the books provided or even play one of the board games with the family and friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge /freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and dining table. You can choose to stay in and cook up a storm or enjoy one of the many top restaurants in the area.
Parking is provided out front for 3 cars. If additional parking is required, guests can park on the street.
The Shoal Bay wharf and beach foreshore have been recently renovated. There are many walks in the area including the big one to the top of Tomaree Headland - and what a view from the top!
There are 5 beaches all close by…….down the road is Shoal Bay Beach. Then you have Zenith Beach, Box Beach, Wrecks Beach and Fingal Beach.
There are bike paths in the area. Bikes are for hire in the Shoal Bay Village and there are two Tennis Courts near by. Not far away is The 27 Hole Nelson Bay Golf Club, and Horizons Golf Club. The bistro area cafe and bars of the Shoal Bay Country Club have been newly renovated along with the recent opening of the world class Greek restaurant ATMOS a few doors down.

There is a strict No Party Policy in place as this property is in a QUITE residential area. Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am
PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
