The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A guest bedroom on the left of the bathroom offers a king bed. A second guest bedroom to the right of the bathroom offers 2 twin beds. Access to the lower level deck is available from the downstairs living area. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us.
