Studio condo close to the Convention Center and the beach

Non-waterfront studio unit. Consists of a combined living room/sleeping area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Bedding consists of a queen and a futon, to occupy 3.
Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. This unit rents any 3 nights all year.
Makai is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bay. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room.
Non-smoking. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25

Nice and convenient

Overall its a nice room. The building is nice and well kept. The pool and billiards room is a nice bonus and its very convenient to the beach, bay and many restaurants and shops.

This unit was clean, well stocked and decorated. Great location in Ocean City. Only suggestion is we would have liked a place to unpack our suitcases. There was absolutely no place to put our clothes.

Great place for a duo.

My partner and I stayed for a week there. It was wonderful in regards to the space. It was a great location to everything we were looking at doing during our trip. It is listed as a place that can sleep 3 people but I would say the futon would be pushing it for a third person. We had just enough room for us and our baggage. We did have some issues with the neighbor as they were partying and smoking a lot so the smell came into our room. We also didn’t see anyone on property that was managing it when the hours were posted. Due to that there were days that the main entrance door was broken and we couldn’t get into the building. Other then those two issues which are out of control of this listing it was wonderful and would stay here again.

Great 1 BR Condo with Ocean View

Great spot, it reminded me of my 1 BR apartment at the beach! It was very clean and tidy and slept great. The sunrise each morning was spectacular. I suspect the owner used to smoke cigarettes inside as the smell definitely lingers but I found it quite nostalgic and it didn't bother me (other guests, not so sure?). Would definitely book again.
