Great location! House was clean and had everything we needed. I did send one text to the property manager to confirm the parking spot and didn’t receive a response, but that’s just a very minor thing. Everything else worked out well.

Great spot!

Amazing location- clean, updated, and comfortable. Only issue was the parking lot is tiny and bigger cars barely fit especially with snow.

Beautiful updated condo in downtown Aspen

The condo is on the garden level of a multi-unit building on the eastern edge of downtown. The space has been updated and is very clean with modern touches. The showers are wonderful and beds are very comfortable. Overall a great find.

Perfect!

Adorable first floor apartment with parking space right in front. The condo was clean and modern, and the perfect place to explore Aspen and enjoy hiking and paved walking trails without having to move the car at all. A grocery store is right across the street, but the condo was quiet at night and the perfect retreat. Definitely recommend!

Special gem

Excellent location, clean and modern decor, and easy walking distance to everything in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend for a conference, and love the proximity to hiking and waking trails. We didn’t need our car at all and the area seemed very safe. Right across the street from City Market also, but the condo faces the back of the grocery store, so there was no concern with traffic or noise. Very comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. There is not an oven, but the microwave was sufficient and overall the condo makes excellent use of the small spaces. Absolutely would recommend and will return!

Ideal Location & Tasteful Design!

This Aspen condo was a true dream! The property is located ideally just steps away from the grocery store, downtown's shops and restaurants, and the Ajax gondola. We walked to Paradise Bakery each morning for coffee & then would make our way over to Ajax for a leisurely day on the slopes before grabbing après-ski cocktails somewhere downtown. The guest contact was very responsive & the condo was in mint condition upon arrival. We truly couldn't have asked for a better home-away-from-home in Aspen! We will certainly be back for this dream-like escape.

Great location, excellent use of small space!

Our daughter and son-in-law were visiting from New Zealand, so we rented this unit to try to catch the last of the fall colors. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults, with 2 suites, each with queen beds and their own bathroom. Very high quality fixtures and furnishings, with very modern controls. Right next to the grocery store, parking space right next to the unit, it was perfect for our short visit. Because the space is small, the microwave doubles as the convection oven but we were just fine cooking our meals on the stove top and using the oven for take and bake bread. There is also no dining table, but there is a nice fold down table that worked for the four off us with the two kitchen stools on the ends. All in all, a very nice place to stay and would stay there again. And oh, by the way, we lucked out and had SUPER fall colors on our e-bike ride up to Maroon Bells and our hike up to Thomas Lakes - highly recommend this hike.

Great location for hiking and leaf peeping.

Worked good for us, location was good for catching both the gondola and taking the shuttle bus to Maroon Bells. Would have liked a little more instructions on a couple things in the unit. Like how to turn on heat (instructions provided were incorrect). Also could have used a large bowl for food prep, and a little more silverware. The dishwasher didn't drain properly and was hard to turn on (again, no instructions). Overall, nice place.

We loved this property! Excellent location! Easy walking distance to City Market and all the restaurants and stores in town. The apartment is freshly renovated with nice furnishings and finishes. Identical master bedroom suites are a mirror image of one another. Great place! Highly recommend!

Easy, convenient, clean, new

Two-bed, two-bath as advertised. Each bath is attached to a bedroom (a walk-through situation, so the shower and sink open directly into the bedroom but the toilets conveniently have their own doors) and the bedrooms are nearly identical. Great location, very easily walkable to everything in town and multiple hiking paths, etc. (we stayed in the summer, but it's close to the mountain too). Everything in the condo felt very clean, newly renovated, and high-tech. The area/neighbors were very quiet and nice. The WiFi was strong enough for multiple people to work remotely at once. The space was designed well, maximizing storage. The property manager was responsive when we needed to get the guest parking permit for a second car. Hairdryer and Brita water filter were available for use, two things we particularly appreciated. Property is indeed right across from a grocery store. Only suggestion would be to provide an iron+ironing board or steamer. Overall very smooth stay, thanks!

Perfect place in Aspen

I spent the weekend in Aspen with my son on a father-son trip and this was an ideal location for us. The apartment is completely newly renovated very clean, high end appliances and details. The beds are very comfortable, great linens and the lighting inside the unit is great. The location cannot be beat, you can walk everywhere in downtown Aspen. The check in process was great and will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place and location!

Place was beautiful, excellent floor plan, and had all sorts of fancy upgrades. Location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk from Gondola. Very convenient parking arrangement—parking spot just a few steps from front door made for very easy loading and unloading. We had a great time and hope to come back!
