Perfect Weekend Getaway House With Friends!

We came to Manzanita for a quiet and relaxing weekend away with close friends. The house was perfect for 8 couples, plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone! Nice sized dining and living spaces for enjoying watching a bit of TV, assembling puzzles and playing games. Pet friendly rental and ample parking for 4 cars :)

Very nice and roomy house

We loved the spacious house and the layout. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, proximity to town was great. We did have a problem with a stuck drawer and while we did not get a response until the next day after leaving a message, the management company sent over some pans. Overall, the stay was great and we would stay there again with our family.

Prop Mgmt Could Be Better

Our rental was obviously not cleaned before our arrival. Dirty towels and bed linens were on the floor. We let Meredith Lodging (prop mgr) know, and they offered to send cleaners, and gave us $150 dinner credit to leave for a couple hours and get dinner. We had 7 ppl so this didn't really cover our entire dinner, but it was a nice gesture. House was also missing a lot of basics, like dish soap, kitchen sponge, coffee filters. Just stuff that should be standard. We've had similar experiences with this prop mgmt company in other rentals. They are somewhat lackuster.

Loved Location

They say location is everything and this property most certainly was. Close to Winery, grocery and beech. Loved the front porch for people watching and the back porch for grilling!

Frustrating First night

Home was at 52 degrees when we got there. In 3-4 hrs we only got it to 56. Escalated to prop mgr but no tech available. In addition, entertainment wa difficult to operate. On sat tech came by. Got the cable tv working. Streaming was a big challenge. So Friday eve after a 5 hr drive was a big disappointment. But it’s the coast. Things turned for the better Saturday.

A great spot close walk to downtown and the ocean

Sweet spot, had a blast with our family of 5 at this house. Great location and it was warm and cozy inside with fun puzzles and toys for the kids!

Gem in the heart of Manzanita

The location could not be any better and the presence of 4 full size bedrooms with queen beds in each is hard to find and very welcome for a family vacation with adult kids and their partners. We had an amazing time!

Great Spot in Manzanita

A great house with lots of room and four bedrooms which is a rarity at the coast. The finishes are a little dated but acceptable. Great check-in and checkout procedures. The location can't be beat; a block and half from the store and a 1/2 block from the wine bar and the whiskey bar! The 6 foot tub was enjoyed by the tall guy (me).

Wonderful house!

House was spacious, comfortable (including beds) and within four blocks of everything including the beach! The beach at Manzanita is beautiful and so firm and flat it make s for wonderful walks. I love this quiet little town!

Great location

The family really enjoyed the home especially the option of several bathrooms. I understand homes are hard to keep up but a few things just need to be addressed, no big things but like the ottoman in the master bedroom. The washer and dryer have some buttons missing. The kitchen table a little flimsy. The fire pit takes a little to get it going. But those aren’t major issues.

Wonderful Oregon Coast getaway

The house was very comfortable and a good size for our 7 adults. Beds were comfortable and furnishings nice. The kitchen was very well stocked; we had all the pots, pans and appliances we needed to cook family meals. The beach was a short walk away and a market was just around the block. Would definitely stay here again

Close to everything

Very clean spacious house, plenty of room for our family of five to relax! Great deck with a bbq, outdoor table and a propane powered fire pit. Close walk to everything Manzanita has to offer, restaurants, wine, whiskey bar and the beach. Thanks for providing a nice getaway for our spring break.
