You will be located directly above Hammond Bay giving you a view of the Bay and Mainland coast and Vancouver. On a clear summer night you can see Vancouver's lights and planes landing in Richmond from the upper deck. The main floor has two bedrooms and a large kitchen and entertaining area with the choice to eat in the A/C house or sit in the outdoor lounge area and watch the boats come in the harbor. The lower garden patio can be accessed from the second floor as is a great spot for cocktails in the sun. (gets sun until 8pm in the summer). The house is on a quiet dead end street in one of the most desired areas of the city. Downstairs has a large TV, pool table and the two other bedrooms.
