About this property

Esplanade 3BR Holiday Home with Beautiful Ocean Views

** All guests are welcomed with a bottle of SA wine and chocolate **

A mirror image of 1/49 Franklin Pde, this property has been given a Hamptons-style makeover. The ocean and island views are spectacular! Large groups can book both properties – with 6 people staying in each one.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen space is upstairs to maximise the views. There is a big deck to sit in and enjoy the view. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Heating and cooling are provided by a split system AC.

For entertainment, there is a big-screen TV with Netflix. Telstra WiFi is available throughout the house. There is a DVD player plus books and board games.
There are 3 bedrooms with Hamptons-style beds and beautiful linen, and a bathroom/laundry room. There is a reverse cycle split air cond downstairs.

The bedding configuration is:
Bedroom 1 – Queen bed (2 people)
Bedroom 2 – Double bed (2 people)
Bedroom 3 – Two single beds (2 people)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

There is ample off-street parking at the rear of the property (including room for a boat).

There is a fully enclosed backyard with 1700mm timber fencing. The area is grassed so it is an excellent and safe play area for your dogs. Of course, your well-behaved dogs are very welcome inside!

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $22 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $44 for 1 night.

A Place to Relax
The property was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed for our five-night stay. The several hours spent simply looking out over the calm waters of Encounter Bay - on one occasion seeing dolphins - was pure joy.

My family used to rent this house years ago every time we would holiday at victor harbor. This is the first time we have stayed here in years, and it brought back so many happy memories. The house is in the perfect location and renovated beautifully. We can't wait to come back again!
