Your family will love spending time at this fantastic family home which is located in a peaceful quiet pocket of Rosebud, centrally located to all the incredible attractions of the Mornington peninsula has to offer.
Set on a huge private leafy block, this 5 bedroom family entertainer has a beautiful heated pool, fire-pitt, putting lawn a huge backyard for the kids and is pet friendly. It is the perfect summer house that can accommodate two families or three/four couples comfortably.
The relaxed family entertainer, features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a downstairs has a self-contained space with a queen bed along with a small office that has a single bed perfect teenagers retreat. The home has hydronic and three split system air conditioners, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms, will keep you comfortable when at home.
The upstairs area of the home has a wonderful open plan kitchen and dining area that overlooks the A large deck with BBQ and al fresco entertaining. Enjoy a BBQ at the large outdoor dining table with seats for up to 8 people.
The large deck area overlooks the 9-meter swimming pool which is solar heated and fully fenced for child safety. The pool area has sun lounges, umbrellas so kick back and soak up the sun poolside on with your favourite book.
The upstairs has a lovely large living area with a smart TV with all your favourite channels. Netflix, Stan, Foxtel.
The beautiful and private backyard has a multiple entertaining area that overlook the pool area. Enjoy a glass of wine by the fire-pit and have some fun with the kids playing on the putting green. The kids (and pets!) can run around in the back and front garden which is pet friendly and full enclosed.

The house is located in the perfect area of Rosebud, walking distance to the Water-full Gully shop, which has wonderful cafes, bottle shop, fruit shop and bakeries. 7 Minute drive to Rosebud Pier.
