- BEACH - 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive , 5 minute drive to the surf beach
This is a 3 bedroom home that is perfect for a family, for couples get away
This is the upstairs of a 2 storey house.
Comfortably sleeps 8 people with 1 queen size bed and 2 Double /single bunk beds

Why they chose this property
This is our family beach house, we have spent years enjoying the beauty of Inverloch during summer. Our children enjoyed years of sun sand beach and fun.
The entire house comprises of two separate dwellings. One house upstairs, there is the a fully contained house downstairs.
We offer either top or bottom to our Stayz guest.
If the upstairs is booked the downstairs is not booked and vice versa.
We also offer the entire house for several families or large groups as both houses are self contained.
You don't need a key we provide a unique passcode for easy access, and this is changed after each group.
The upstairs :

Comprises of 3 bedroom homes, with one bathroom a kitchen. The house is situated on a really large 1000sq block of land, with lots of greenery.
The upstairs has reverse cycle air conditioning.
The walk to the beach is approximately 10-15 mins or 2 mins by car. 5 mins to the Inverloch surf beach by car. It is a 10 minute walk in to the center of town or a 2 minute drive.
The house is very clean and comfortable.
You will love it just as we have loved loved it!
