We supply Keureg with pods and have a full kitchen for you use. Easy access to I-35, Kellogg, Old Town, Derby, Spirit Aerospace, and McConnell AFB. This home has a full 3 beds, an office workspace in the front room, ample parking and is nestled in a quiet SE Wichita Neighborhood.

The Neighborhood:
This is 10 minutes from Old Town, which you will find everything from nightclubs to eclectic coffee shops. 3 minutes to Kellogg, and 5 minutes to I-35. The neighborhood is a generational neighborhood with peoples kids living close to parents and is super quiet. Its a quiet slice of Wichita.

Perfect fit

I was pleasantly suprised atthe size of our rental. Family of 6 fot just right. Even cooked thanksgiving dinner no problem at all. New appliances and fresh remodel.

So much space! Our 6 family members for girls weekend had a great time. Space to eat and do crafts, watch movies, and two bathrooms! Ages 20’s to 80’s loved it!

The house was a mess wasnt able to stay there. Still waiting on refund. But host fid help me by govijg me another home that wasnt finished to saty iletting me stay in another hime that was being worked on . That hose will be real nice once its finished

Nice open space plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen a bit on the small side but usable. Really enjoyed ourselves and a nice location.
