Beach is 1mins across the road. Apartments has aircon; and a parking spot in a shared garage for a small car .please note there is no lift . unit is on the third floor .

The location is unbeatable being beachfront Balmoral. There are restaurants such as Public dining room ; Kazzi; the boathouse ; Pasture ; and Bathers’ all in walking distance . Buses are at the door .
