Quiet for our very close neighbours at all times. Noise travels in outdoor areas. The courtyards are used as a path of travel not for entertaining.
No additional Guests or Visitors at the property at all time We are unable to let to groups under 25 years or 'large group celebration' weekends.
If you could kindly close doors opening to the courtyard areas in evening as noise travels. Will also help keep the Cooling or Heating working well

Awesome overnight stay
Our family of 4 stayed the night before our cruise. Fantastic location. Wonderful to have 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds. The only downfall was no wifi. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again! Thanks "Sometimes Sam" & Max

Really nice place in an excellent location.
We had a lovely stay here. The location is excellent - right by the harbour and a reserve, and a pleasant walk down to the Rocks. Five minutes walk away from a metro station so getting into town was very easy. The host was friendly and helpful and very prompt to reply to texts. The accommodation was really cute, a historic building with living area and kitchen downstairs (with aircon) and bedrooms (both with aircon) and bathroom upstairs. Comfy beds. There is no wifi which we didn't notice when we booked, but had esims so it wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Excellent location for a family trip to Sydney. Host is lovely and has thought of everything you will need for your stay. Close to metro train, restaurants and the Rocks.

Great location!
This is a great spot to be while visiting Sydney. very quiet so we slept well. Short walk to circular quay. We were very comfortable and appreciated the restaurant recommendations from Sam for places both touristy and more local.

Nice place with great location, but be prepared to read a lot of rules - lists and by label maker. (Making it a little uncomfortable for some) If summertime, one of the rules is not setting the air conditioning below 72 degrees (F). Host lives on site. There is no internet.

What a gem!
My children aged 12 and 18, and myself, had a two night stay is this hidden gem, and we'll be back! We were met in person by host Sam and her doggy assistant Max. They were very welcoming and gave us some great local tips. The cottage is well positioned close to Barangaroo and Darling Harbour to one side, and an easy walk to The Rocks and Circular Quay on the other. We look forward to staying again soon.

The most amazing location and property!
1 Argle has our hearts! From Sam's recommendations and hospitality to the prime location with access to everything. This location did not disappoint. I felt like we were in a parisian townhome in the middle if Sydney and can not wait to come back!Sam greeted us with a delicious cheeseboard and champagne for my 40th and this kicked off our amazing stay! True hospitality and beautiful location... we cant wait to come back!

Perfect location. Great apartment.
I came here with my husband and 14 and 15-year-old kids. The house was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed, but we really didn’t do any cooking since there were fantastic restaurants and cafés very nearby. Sam was a lovely host; very responsive and extremely kind, going so far as to bring treats for us on Christmas Day. The air conditioning worked well, which was essential on some hot days. We felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood. And proximity to the Rocks and Barangaroo reserve was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend it to any of my family or friends. Thank you, Sam for a wonderful holiday.!!!!

Gorgeous property in excellent location
The photos do not do this property justice - this is a fabulous place and the location is excellent. Easy walking distance to Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, the bridge and the Opera House and of course you are already situated in The Rocks. It was clean and enough space for four adults. Only 2 minor downsides, the fridge is noisy - and no courtyard seating. So a quiet cuppa in the morning was not possible unless you went back to bed. Otherwise not an issue as we were out all day and evenings. Sam the host was great and held our luggage on arrival and departure to flt with our flight times. Would stay again and definitely recommend to friends and family.
