Beautifully furnished and appointed with all the comforts of home, this exceptional, secluded six plus bedroom property sleeps fourteen.
MAIN HOUSE
The two-story main house, built in 2018 with renovations and expansion in 2024, is the architectural focal point of the property. Surrounded by a rolling green lawn, the house has three bedrooms and two and one half bathrooms. The first floor has a wonderful open main living area with kitchen and living room. The kitchen has granite and stainless countertops, high-end stainless appliances, counter seating and a dining table that seats four. Just off the kitchen is a mud room, pantry and half bathroom.
Relax on the sofas in front of the decorative stone fireplace. The vaulted ceiling creates a bright and inviting space.
A door from the main living area leads to a beautiful enclosed porch with sweeping water views and a large dining table--the ideal spot for your whole party to gather for meals and more.
A passageway on the other side of the main living area leads to the primary bedroom with king bed. This bedroom has French doors to a magnificent covered balcony deck with outdoor seating. There is a second bedroom on this floor with queen bed and a spacious bathroom with custom tiled shower and double sink.
Steps from the living room lead down to the lower level with a family room with comfortable seating, flat screen TV with cable and game table. There is a bedroom with a king bed and door to the exterior. This floor has a bathroom with a custom tiled shower and separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
Central air conditioning, hardwood floors and custom finishes throughout the main house.
The main house has a lovely wrap-around farmers porch with views of the ocean and Highland Lighthouse. Relax and unwind in the eight-person hot tub. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with two shower heads beneath the deck.
BUILDING TWO - The Loft Cottage
Just down the hill from the main house is a lovely one-bedroom cottage, also built in 2018. Like the main house, this roomy space has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, custom finishes and central air conditioning. There are two king beds--one in the main room and a second in an open loft accessible by ladder. There is a wet bar with refrigerator, sink and coffeemaker, a flat screen TV with cable and comfortable seating. Just off the bedroom is a bathroom with custom tiled shower.
The Loft Cottage sits atop the garage. Tenants are welcome to store bikes, kayaks and luggage (no cars) in the garage. The garage has an electric car charger (usable with proper adapter) and a Tesla car charger.
BUILDING THREE - The Roses Cottage
Further down the property, away from the main house and cottage, you will find two more buildings--the Roses Cottage and the Pottery Studio, both built in 1950 and renovated. The Roses is a lovely single-story, one-bedroom cottage. Enter a open and bright main living area with kitchenette and dining table with seating for four. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, sink, cooktop and coffee maker. Just off the main living area is a bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with custom tiled shower. On the other side of the main living area is a sitting area with comfortable seating, flat screen TV with cable and ceiling fan. Beyond this room is a lovely screen porch with comfortable outdoor seating. The Roses has wood floors throughout. There is no air conditioning in the Roses Cottage.
BUILDING FOUR - The Pottery Studio
The Pottery Studio has a queen bed, flat screen TV with cable and a kitchenette with refrigerator, range, sink and coffeemaker. There is a bathroom with custom tiled shower. The studio has two sliders each leading to a small deck. One deck faces the Roses. The other has access to an unenclosed outdoor shower. There is no air conditioning in the Pottery Studio.
Cable WiFi and Bluetooth speakers in all four buildings.
THE GROUNDS
Follow the lawn from the main house to a path to the bluff. A small platform deck with lounge chairs at the bluff's edge provides an incomparable view of the ocean. Please note, there is no direct access to the beach below. Early birds, don't miss the stunning sunrise.
The private and secluded lot has two gas grills (one at the main house and one at the Pottery Studio) and a spacious yard for outside recreation.
THE LOCATION
The property is only 0.7 mi to Coast Guard Beach--bike or walk to one of the Outer Cape's best ocean beaches. Golfers will love a few rounds at Highland Links Golf Course just next door. Just shy of a mile to Salty Market. Cold Storage Beach is only 1.5 mi away on Cape Cod Bay. Only 1.6 mi to Truro Vineyards for wine tasting and other fun or 1.1 mi to Payomet Performing Arts for live, outdoor concerts. Close to all the best of Truro including Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites. Less than a 15 minute drive to Wellfleet for restaurants, galleries and shops or to Provincetown for galleries, restaurants, shops, clubs, live entertainment and fun on the water.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
