Summary:
Gorgeous stand alone double storey fully fenced property located opposite the Rhyll jetty, and within easy walking distance to cafe, boat ramp and park. Two bedrooms one with ensuite, spacious kitchen with stone benches, large main living area with open wood fire and reverse cycle heating and cooling. Large deck with outdoor setting for entertaining at the rear of the property the balcony at the front of the property is not available for use. There are two bedrooms one upstairs and one downstairs there is a bedroom upstairs at the front near the balcony that is not available

Great location

Property was easy walking distance to the cafe, restaurant and fish and chip shop. Directly across the road to the beach. A quiet base for us to explore Phillip Island from. We had a great time.

Everything we needed!

Great property with plenty of space and everything we needed Igor there at the property. Affordable and well located close to pelicans, pier and coffee! The pier gave the teens somewhere to go for walks and admire the pelicans. It’s a safe and quiet location but easily accessible to cowes, newhaven and silverleaves when we had outings. Could not praise the ease of check in/out at Alex Scott and their friendliness either. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Not as advertised ... and NOT the whole house...

This is a nice holiday house, however the advertisement shows that there is a verandah at the front as well as a deck at the back. Our choice was based on having that verandah to sit on and look at the view. In fact, the verandah is part of a bedroom, that is locked. There is no access to the verandah. This is not mentioned in the advertising, and to say there are beach and sea views.. well, you can see the sea, if you stand on the front porch, or sit in the bedroom, whilst all the people walk past and look in. False advertising, and I wouldn't use 'Stayz' or the managing agent again. I will be looking for a part refund.

Lovely weekend stay

Beautiful property. Very clean and well maintained. Directly across from ocean. Located within 10 mins of tourist attractions. Will definitely be back!
