Important Notice to September 2024 guests: Beginning on September 9th, the elevator will be undergoing modernization and will not be available until completion which is anticipated to be by September 24th. Additionally, the pool will be closed for resurfacing starting on September 9th, with work expected to finish by September 30th. While beach access, parking, and other amenities will remain available, you may notice some construction activity throughout your stay due to these projects. We encourage to you to reach out to the front desk prior to booking if you have any concerns about how this may affect your stay.




Unit #208 is a one bedroom, one and half bathroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen. This condo features two balconies, both offering great water views! The bedroom balcony is a spacious at 90 sq ft with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The second balcony off the living room is even larger at 100 sq ft and offers views of Boca Ciega Bay. The bedroom has a King size bed. In the living room you will find a murphy bed for additional guests. This 825 sq ft unit has been updated throughout with nice décor and furnishings. Tile flooring in the main areas with beautiful luxury vinyl plank in the living room and bedroom. Free Wi-Fi and cable.

Free WI-FI is available in the condo and common areas.
