A spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath 2-story vacation home at South Peak Resort. Located close to downtown Lincoln and not far from the base of Loon Mountain ski area’s Lincoln Express and Timbertown chairlifts.
Enter this townhome at ground level, next to your garage and ski closet. Step inside to take off your boots or shoes, and pass the stairway on your way to the main living area. The kitchen offers plenty of space to create your favorite meal and has beautiful stainless-steel appliances. Counter seating joins the dining area just beyond. Guests can enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace or a game on the flat-screen TV while relaxing on the comfortable living room sofa. Experience lovely views of the river and mountains through the large French door windows and deck space beyond.
Also on the entry level are two bedrooms. The primary suite on the entry level has a king bed, flat screen TV and attached full bath with separate tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV as well, and an adjacent 3/4 bath, accessible to all on the main level.
Downstairs, pass the laundry room to the wide open rec room, with lots of comfortable seating, another large flat-screen TV and plenty of light on your way to the deck and beyond. Two bedrooms down here share a large 3/4 bath with shower. One bedroom has a twin bed and set of twin bunks, while the other has another king-sized bed with flat-screen TV.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Access to the South Peak Community Outdoor Hot Tub and Fire Pit. Please note grilling is not allowed on South Peak Resort Decks or Patios. Grilling is allowed only on the community gas grill located near the South Peak outdoor hot tub. No personal grills are allowed.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at /shuttle-service/
South Peak 4B does not offer membership to a pool or fitness center. Pool and fitness club 1+ memberships can be purchased for a separate drop-in fee at the Mountain Club on Loon or the Nordic Inn Club.

We had 7 people plus a baby and it was awesome! It was a 2 minute walk up the driveway to south peak chair lift which was excellent. It also had baby amenities in the house. Lots of parking. Kathy was incredibly responsive and helped us do a later check out due to a snow storm that came it. Can’t recommend enough, will definitely be back!

Great location and size

Plenty of room for six adults with the two floors and multiple bathrooms. The new chair lift is just across the street making super convenient to access the trails. Check in was great and very accommodating. We had one non-skier, the management alerted us when the condo was ready so they could get in a little ahead of posted check in time and not wait at the lodge all day. Would rent again.

Great place to stay in Lincoln, NH

We enjoyed our stay in this 4 bedroom condo. It had plenty of room for a family of 7. It has an entrance on the main level so elderly people do not have to climb stairs. It was very close to a river and the town of Lincoln. The neighborhood is a great place to walk around.

(My allergies were pretty bad, even with medication. Dust was visible on surfaces-cobwebs on blinds and wall decorations.) Kitchen was stocked, but kitchen utensil tools were inadequate and flimsy. There was inadequate lighting, missing or not working bulbs/lamps. The overhead basement lights were too bright, but table lamps did not work. Overall score=4
