A Fabulously appointed Beach House with fantastic indoor outdoor flow.
This one level family house is set to impress, there is plenty of space for your family and even enough space to bring another family with you. Even better the beach access is only 100 meters from the house!
The large living room with beautiful sunny deck looks out towards the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a lovely evening meal.
With three bedrooms including 2 queens and the bunk room which sleeps four! Separate laundry with washing machine & dryer. There is a full bathroom including shower and a bath and if you step out the back door there is a huge section with plenty of room to kick a ball around and even cows in the paddock next door sometimes!
Large living room has a beautiful sunny deck flowing into the outdoor deck entertaining area. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need.
With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds & the bunk room which sleeps 4. Separate laundry full bathroom including shower & bath.
Step out back to a huge section plenty of room to kick a ball.

The local dairy (next door) has some supplies with great fish n chips if you feel like taking a night off from cooking.
Centrally located, Pukehina Beach is just a 15 min drive to Te Puke (past the golf club), 40 mins to Mt Maunganui and Tauranga (via toll road), or 60 mins to Rotorua and 40 minutes Whakatane – all excellent roads. If you need to refuel the boat BP is just 5 mins away.
Great location for the two popular nearby wedding venues at The Old Forest school and Estuary events.
