3 bedroom 2 bath condo will take you away as soon as you step inside. The prime location offers you sweeping views of both the Gulf and the Intracoastal Waterway! The unit has been recently remodeled using the quality finishes! There is beautiful ceramic tile throughout the whole unit! The kitchen is meticulously appointed with dark solid wood cabinetry, stunning quartz counters, stainless appliances and tile backsplashes. All windows and sliders throughout have been upgraded to impact. The spacious master bedroom and living room dining combo both open onto the oversized balcony that spans the width of the unit. Sit back and relax while you enjoy watching the sparkling Gulf waters. There is only one assigned parking space and only a few guest - first come - first serve.

Sunset views

Our family loved this condo! Two adults and 3 kids- 2 in the one bedroom/one in the den space. It worked out very well. The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies and we only added additional toiletries. The view from the balcony was perfect! We enjoyed being steps from the beach, and used the umbrella and chairs. The grocery on the way in was easy to access and Caddy’s opened the last night we were there. It’s a very family friendly area with a quiet beach. The hot tub and pool were great. Even with being above the pool/hot tub no one was loud past 9 in the whole complex.It was a very refreshing break!

The 1st 2 days of our trip tropical storm / hurricane Debbie was just starting. The rest of the week was nice and sunny. This is our 1st time to the area and we’re a little bummed that the most crab was rough and not the clear water we’re used to from the Panama City beach area but know it was from the storm. Having the private pool made it worth it! The home was very nice and well equipped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay on this property. My granddaughter loved playing in the pool and we all enjoyed several days on the beach. Spent one day at Busch Gardens, which was a short drive and a great time. There were plenty of beach chairs, an unbrella, beach towels and beach toys to make the beach time more enjoyable. Many great places to eat a nice dinner within, Caddy's is right across the street! Highly recommend The Conch in Redington and Crabby's on the Pass in Madeira.

It’s very rare that we have a complaint as was the case this trip.

Indian Shores

Sandcastle was a great vacation choice for our family. The pool was excellent as was the hot tub and the beach was right there. It’s an older property, but the condo we stayed in was very nicely updated and had everything we needed. We went from Clearwater to St. Petersburg and everywhere in between and found lots of great dining and entertainment for our family.

Wonderful time at the condo. We had an amazing view from our balcony. Saw dolphins almost every morning. Unit was very nice and we had coffee every morning on the balcony. Philip was very helpful with any issues and provided dinner suggestions.

The views of the ocean were amazing and it was far enough away from the craziness of Clearwater and St. Pete, but also close to access them if we wanted. The only complaints we had was the condition of the doors in the condo were poorly unkept. All the doors were off their hinges (shower, closet, sliding door in the master that led to the balcony). There was also a lack of beach chairs for our family of 4 and no umbrella. Coming from out of state, we didn’t want to buy all that for a week’s vacation. Oh and the pull out couch bed in the third “bedroom” was awful. One of the people in our part had to sleep on the couch the entire week because that mattress was so uncomfortable. This condo definitely doesn’t sleep 6 people comfortably. We had 4 people and it was still a struggle. Other than that, the place is great. It was clean and the kitchen appliances were really nice. The location is also great and there are some really good restaurants in the area.

I appreciated the additional beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards that were available in the condo locker. Additional silverware would be nice since there were only 6 forks, we kept washing them. Great location and will plan to book this again.

Perfect vacation

We loved the condo & property altogether. We loved how it wasn’t much of a walk from the condo to the beach & also how it’s not as touristy as some of the other places we have visited. The condo was very clean & the beach chairs provided in the room to take along to the beach were very helpful. We had an issue with the tv, but Taylor from the property office helped us to resolve it & followed up to be sure we got it fixed.

After the passing on of one of our beloved friends, we took several years off and recently returned. We have been at our beloved condo the last two years and just reserved next year. Our condo is super clean, stocked with everything we need. Thankful for the towels and beach chairs. Love having coffee so close to the ocean. 👍🏼 we loved the quietness and knowing great restaurants are within minutes of a drive. Our family has many amazing memories and we intend to make many more. Indian Shores beach is a beautiful beach and the town is beautiful. It is a very quiet beach community, which we loved, very family friendly. Our family didn’t eat out while on vacation, so I can’t comment on local restaurants. This beach community is great for bike riding. Bike and walking lanes along the road. We didn’t visit any area attractions, other than the bird sanctuary. It was right on the beach, we rode our bikes. It is worth a quick visit. I want to start off by saying that the seaside property shoppe is great to work with. Would definitely rent through them again. Very helpful and they respond immediately. We got to the condo late on a Saturday, I text them about a few minor issues on Sunday, thinking they would get Monday morning, but they responded the same day. Took care of the issues first thing on Monday. This condo is in Sandcastle 1 building which is older and could use some attention. The landscaping is beautiful outside the condos. Pool was big and plenty of lounge chairs. Easy access to the beach. The beach is beautiful, and quiet during our stay. The unit itself is nice, beds were nice, nice tile floors throughout, kitchen was updated and had new appliances. Furniture was nice. Great view of the sunset from the lanai.Unit was clean upon arrive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Clean condo and beautiful view!

My husband, 10 month old, and I loved this condo! The view was beautiful and the condo fit our needs! It was so convenient specially having a baby. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was great and updated! Only down fall there was construction next door and it was loud at the pool but not the owners fault!
