see when the gondola opens.

This cozy studio located in Fraser Crossing has new flooring and modern
furnishings that will make you feel right at home. Warm grays and earth tones
throughout the condo create a cozy setting for your stay in the mountains.
**The Bedroom**
There is an updated king size platform bed and headboard, sleeper sofa with
memory foam mattress
Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your
fingertips with these slope side accommodation.
**HOT TUB CLOSURE**. Closed Summer 2024 for Construction. Please be aware,
the Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe amenity decks with access to grills
and hot tubs will be closed for construction until January 10th, 2025.
Parking note:
*Summer Free (one car per condo)
*Winter $21/night (one car per condo)
Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent
via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day
of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is
located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned
parking.
