Charming one bedroom kitchenette tastefully redecorated with the nod to
mountain comfort.
Enjoy plush new carpet and cozy living area furniture as you snuggle in to
watch a movie on the 50" flat screen TV. Coming with friends?
This condo has a mirror image studio suite right next door to enjoy being
close one door away.
**The Bedroom**
This unit has a Hotel King size bed and sofa sleeper.
Located on the top floor at the end of the hallway, it is a quiet location
with many amenities.
Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your
fingertips with these slope side accommodation.
**HOT TUB CLOSURE**. Closed Summer 2024 for Construction. Please be aware,
the Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe amenity decks with access to grills
and hot tubs will be closed for construction until January 10th, 2025.
Parking note:
*Summer Free (one car per condo)
*Winter $21/night (one car per condo)
Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent
via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day
of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is
located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned
parking.
