On the first floor,indulge in the ultimate comfort of a room featuring a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom
Upstairs you'll discover more beautifully designed bedrooms, find a room adorned with another luxurious king bed, another delightful room awaits, adorned with two twin beds. next for added convenience, revel in the comfort of a queen bed accompanied by an ensuite bathroom and lastly, a room with two twin beds completes the picture, offering a cozy retreat for a peaceful slumber.
Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun.
Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.Pool/ hot tub heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a $50 fee to use the grill. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

Please be aware that while Solterra does have a clubhouse there is an additional fee charged by the HOA for access. This will be a one-time fee per reservation. Reservations with 12 guest or less will be required to pay $35 and reservations with 13 or more guests will have to pay a fee of $45.

Upgrade?

The property initially reserved had to be changed due to Hurricane Milton, despite the fact that Orlando was unaffected. I was informed that the replacement property was an upgrade, but upon arrival, it became evident that this was not the case. The furniture was displaced in the dining area, there was damage to the screened-in patio that extended into the pool, the dryer was inoperable, and the kitchen pantry emitted an unpleasant odor. Despite reporting these issues within four hours of arrival and receiving assurances that they would be addressed the following day, nothing had been done when we returned. Subsequent calls resulted in further assurances but no action. As a result, we were unable to use the pool or wash and dry our clothing. It appeared that resolving these issues was not a priority for the management.

Great vacation home!

My fiancée and I were impressed with everything in the home and finding the location was a breeze. It is located in a resort community so you will be asked to check in with the security at the entrance gate on your first visit and even that was a breeze. The community is lovely and I will definitely consider staying there again soon!

Vacation time in Florida

From Belgium to Florida, My family had a great time, the house was beautiful and everyone enjoyed the stay in this lovely brand new 5 bedroom house. They will come back again, and encourage everyone to consider staying at that location while in Orlando. Really nice place to stay. Gali

Great place to stay

We loved the house and there was pet stains on the carpet when we arrived but the house was beautiful and our dogs loved the down stairs. We would not allow them upstairs but so much room downstairs for them . It was about 20 Minutes from the parks but great location . I would definetly stay there again

Beautiful and practical

This home is beautifully kept! I took a group of teens for a summer vacation and they loved this home. It’s near the community resort style pool and very convenient to grocery shopping and other restaurants. The pool was a bit warm so we text the host and they fixed it right away. I will definitely stay with this host again.

Very nice house

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We would definitely stay there again. The gate staff were extremely nice and friendly. We informed the host of a minor issue and they quickly responded wanting to correct this issue. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Nice Stay

We are a family of 4 who stayed here for a Spring Break Vacation…we did have to contact the property once we got there bc the key code didn’t work but it didn’t take long for someone to answer the phone and help. Everything was pictured as shown, but just a little worn down, and carpet stains. If you plan on cooking for a big family you will definitely need to stop at Walmart and purchase more cookware…we made do because it was only 4 of us. We did get the pool heated which really came in handy for the cooler nights, my husband was bummed that the grill cost $50 to use, so instead we purchased a disposable grill at Walmart. All in all it was a nice stay

Great Stay in a great house!

Easy and fast communication. Just fyi when asking for the pool to be heated, it will be tge same temp as the hot tub. It worked out for us since the nights were chilly, but may be too warm during the summer. Every bedroom had their own bathroom which was great.

Fabulous property

The home was complete with new linens, towels and dishes for ten. We request the pool heating be put on prior to our arrival and it was a perfect temperature. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day at the theme parks. House is close to Disney World. Travel times were dictated by I4 traffic volumes. I would definitely book it next time we are Orlando.

Cleaning

Upstairs bathrooms were not cleaned well at all. Soap wrappers and pubic hair left in tubs. Huge lack of kitchen towels and no dish rags. Master bedroom had no hand towels and only one wash cloth. Had a lot of problems with the door lock on arrival. Stood around for over half an hour till someone got it open. No complaints on the rest of the house. Was clean and neat. Loved the heated pool.

We add to leave because a stranger open our front door ! I was shock and scared ! We left on a January 18, 2024 we try to get a reimbursement they where very direct and said no we don’t do that. I’m very disappointed we the massager call on January 18,2024.

Solterra resort stay

Very comfortable and spacious property, well located for access to DisneyWorld, SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Some guests were noisy partying at night, fortunately they did not stay long but the Sherrif did respond to our complaint and the noise stopped. The only recommendations I have are related to the kitchen. Needs a new toaster, the current device has only 2 working elements and does not stay on. Needs simple items like oven gloves, scissors, wine glasses, baking trays. Minor issues but a better equipped kitchen would help. These are minor inconveniences, however, overall we had an excellent stay.

Not as expected 😔

The home is beautiful but there were things unacceptable with the property. When we arrived on Friday evening we immediately noticed black ants all over the kitchen counters. There was no hot water. We made calls that evening but did not see a maintenance person until the following morning. He flipped the breaker switch and we had hot water for several hours. By that evening (Saturday) the water was cold again and flipping the breaker switch (we tried that on our own) did not work this time. We called the 24 hour property number and did not receive a return call. My friend in another room had to have housekeeping come Saturday morning to change her linens as it was dirty when she arrived late Friday evening and also had a bug in the sheets. The pool had a jacuzzi but it was an extra cost to have hot water in the jacuzzi. Overall the home “looked” beautiful but was disappointing.
