Welcome to our home on the river with a private pontoon! Imagine waking up to the gentle sounds of the river, with panoramic views stretching as far as the eye can see. The pontoon offers endless possibilities for relaxation and adventure. Step inside and discover a sanctuary of elegance and modern comfort. The master bedroom boast river views.
Outside, the private pontoon provides easy access to fishing ( fishing rods supplied) and kayaking( supplied). Embrace the endless possibilities that await you on the water's edge.

Short walk or bike ride ( bikes supplied) to Mooloolaba beach and Esplanade. Our home offers 4 spacious bedrooms all with air conditioning.
Sofa lounge that offers an extra two sleeping options. We have just added external security cameras located at the driveway , pontoon and entrance to our home for added security for our guests and to monitor our home when it is vacant. Our cleaner also makes and decorates cakes. If you are staying for a special occasion we can arrange a special cake to be delivered with a 15% discount on orders received whilst at the house. Lovely home by the river
Lovely house in a great location very clean and as described. Property manager responded promptly to a couple of issues we had with the wifi which was great. One thing I would mention is that a house is being constructed right next door which hadn’t been mentioned when booking. We were on holiday and had been looking forward to lying in a bit but alas every morning around 6.45am the hammers and power tools would start up and continue all day long disrupting the peace and quiet of this residential street. Just something to be aware of.

Fantastic!
We were so impressed! The house was lovely so well equipped and very spacious. Plenty of amenities . A lovely walk into the wharf / esplanade, only about 20 minutes along the canals. A few fish caught and crabs as well.Pool was a lovely temperature and house had plenty of towels which was appreciated.Overall we loved our stay, and would recommend 100%

Great House - Great Location
We enjoyed a great family weekend, plenty of the room for everyone from 3yr old to 80 year old. Enjoyed the open living area the pool and fishing from the Jetty. Good for everyone.

The children absolutely loved the house! The pool was a huge hit, and being close to the water was a big plus. The location near shops was ideal, and the children want to return for a longer holiday at this venue. I was very happy with the booking!

Family getaway
We had the best time in this property, the grand kids loved checking the crab pots and fishing from the private jetty. There was space for everyone to be together or separately if you needed your own space. They supplied portable cot and there were toys for the kids. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is very private and we all had hours of fun in there. The location is great as it is so close to great restaurants and beaches. We booked this house so that our family could all be together and it was perfect. Natalie the host replies promptly and is very accommodating. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property.

Absolutely amazing property to stay and relax with family and/or friends to unwind. Large home with everything you need and plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped, we made use of the fishing gear as well as the kayaks and games, fun for everyone. Nat was very helpful and quick to respond when messaged and would recommend this house to all my friends and family that is for sure!!

This property is just beautiful and an amazing location for a family holiday. Kids played on the beach all day and the adults spent the day taking in the view and fishing. Didn’t even come close to using all the extra facilities/inclusions as there is so much, everything you need! 100% recommend!

Stunning home close to everything
This house had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family with so much space yet it felt homely. Awesome spot, so close to the Mooloolaba wharf/front. We walked/rode bikes provided from the property (how cool) of an afternoon for a look. Staying here in Summer would be so good with the pool but the winter sunsets looking over the canal were hard to top! 11/10 stay

We are two Norwegian families (4 adults + 5 teens/kids) traveling together and we loved to stay in the house. The house holds all equipment needed for family and friends dining and Fun. There was missing some bed linens when we arrived, but this was replaced as soon as we reached out to the host. Communication with the host through the app/website was very effective.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Natalie was great to deal with and the house was fantastic to celebrate a 60th birthday. We even caught some fish & mud crabs!
