Family Vacation

I will say the location of this property was perfect for what we were wanting to do. But I'll get right into why I would say not to stay at this property. The cleanliness rating that it has is far from correct if I could give this a negative star on the cleanliness I would. We found dead bugs on the floor, cobwebs throughout the house, and trash underneath the desk in the living room. The photos are completely outdated. The couch that is in the pictures is in pieces part of it is in the living room part of it is on the back patio by the stairs going to the washing machine. It seems to be that the cleaning lady was doing her laundry and all of it was hanging on the back patio that we had to take down so that we could use the line to do our own laundry. All the sheets and towels had an old mildew smell to them maybe as if they had been left in the washing machine for too long before hanging out to dry. The master bathroom had aunts and spiders crawling all over the floor and the toilet when you turn the light on. The rooftop private pool was in desperate need of a deep clean. The refrigerator in the kitchen was disgusting looks like it had not been wiped down in quite some time. But the most disappointing thing of all is we scheduled the property for four nights and it was confirmed and then it was shortened to three nights without any explanation and true notice. There was a conference going on in town while we were there, so it made it extremely hard for us to find accommodations for the family for one night. This created anxiety for the family trying to find a room for our last night in town unexpectedly when had already booked this property.

Great stay in Recife

We had a great time staying at this place. It has plenty of space. The apartment is kind of stuffy and hot during the day. The ceiling Dans were not working well when we first got there and the manager (Fia) got them fixed right away. The bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a private pool upstairs. Fia who is the property manager also cleans the place and will cook and do laundry. She is extremely helpful and a very sweet person. Would stay there again!

Great location

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. We couldn't go out too much due to covid, so having a pool for the kids was a must. The location is great. I'm originally from Recife and I really liked the location because it is walking distance to several restaurants, grocery store, a Pracinha de Boa Viagem (the "Plaza" where you will find lots of booth with cultural merchandise for sale and delicious street food) and the Mercado (another great location for local shopping). Dona Fia is a real person and a lovely lady, may I add. Hard worker, polite and respectful to say the least. She helped make our stay a better one. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Recife.

Vale pelo custo benefício

PONTOS NEGATIVOS: 1º O imóvel é um apartamento antigo e não na decoração (dado que decoração antiga é bem interessante), mas no geral. As camas contam com colchões mais velhos e não tão confortáveis, o que foi um problema para nós, dado que tínhamos pessoais mais velhas nos grupos. São três quartos, em um deles a cama de solteiro é composta apenas por colchões empilhados, ou seja, não tem uma estrutura para o colchão (como é o comum em camas-box), o que faz com que seja impossível para um adulto, serve apenas para crianças leves e bem pequena, pois é extremamente mole. Em contrapartida, o segundo quarto conta uma com cama de solteiro com estrutura, mas um colchão duríssimo, impossível também de dormir. Por fim, o terceiro quarto, conta apenas com colchão. Isso diz respeito às camas de solteiro presentes nos quartos, pois todos têm cama de casal. Resumo, apenas duas camas de casal eram de fato boas para dormir. 2º Higienização da piscina. Assim que chegamos, a piscina não havia sido higienizada com a saída dos antigos hóspedes. O que também nos chateou. Tínhamos nos programado para curtir a piscina no dia da entrada, porém ela não estava limpa e a pessoa que o faria só poderia ir no outro dia e detalhe: após a limpeza são necessárias 4h para poder entrar na piscina. Nossa estadia era de segunda à sexta pela manhã. Só pudemos usar a piscina na QUARTA. Segunda não estava limpa, terça o moço foi limpar, tivemos que esperar 4h, quando pronto já não tinha mais sol suficiente para piscina. 3º O quarto superior está com as paredes mofadas e com a pintura bem velha, trincada e ruim. Além disso, banheiro desse quarto também não tem um cheiro muito agradável. 4º A luz do banheiro de uma das suítes estava queimada e nesse mesmo banheiro encontramos um lubrificador (muito provavelmente dos antigos hóspedes). Ainda, precisamos pedir para trocar as roupas de cama, pois estavam com cheiro ruim. 5º Os ares condicionados, muito provavelmente, não têm a limpeza necessária, pois dos 9 em que estávamos, 6 ficaram ruim da alergia após a primeira noite. PONTOS POSITIVOS: 1º O apartamento é amplo e conta com uma ventilação natural muito boa, não o suficiente para ficar sem ar, mas o suficiente para poder desligá-lo em alguns momentos do dia. 2º Os quartos são grandes. 3º O apê conta com serviço diário da Fia que arruma as camas, lava a louça e a roupa. O que é muito legal e contribuí para uma estadia mais prazerosa. No fim, o que vale é o preço e a localização.

UM LUGAR ESPETACULAR! MARAVILHOSO! FELICIDADE E SATISFAÇÃO NOS DEFINE.

Somos um grupo que sempre viaja no final do ano. Entre Adultos, crianças e 1 bebê. E este ano, fomos felizes demais no local que ficamos. O apartamento é encantador! Com uma maravilhosa estrutura, super bem equipado, confortável, exatamente do jeito que é descrito no site. Localização ótima, perto de tudo. Vista para cidade e o mar.. perfeito! Tínhamos Restaurantes, supermercados, mercado, panificadoras, farmácias, praia, feira de artesanatos, sorveterias, academias, lojas, lanchonetes, ponto de taxi, fácil para pedir carros de aplicativos etc. Não temos o que nos queixar. Como eu comecei falando. Fomos super felizes nestes dias em que estivemos neste apartamento. Isso tem a contribuição devido a localização, e qualidade do apartamento. Quartos super ventilados, ar condicionados e ventiladores a disposição, caso fosse necessário. Sala super ampla, cozinha muito bem equipada, TV, internet, iluminação, conforto.. uma área de lazer super agradável, piscina ótima, churrasqueira, cadeiras e mesa disponível para noites e dias de lazer. O apartamento tem tudo. Bem decorado. Tudo maravilhoso mesmo! Mas agora preciso relatar aqui um tesouro chamado DONA FIA! Que pessoa maravilhosa! Que pessoa encantadora! Nos recebeu com tanto carinho, super atenciosa, competente, educadíssima, sempre disposta e pronta a nos atender. DONA FIA, queríamos até lhe trazer conosco para Belém do Pará. rsrsrsrs.. por vc ser tão especial. Conquistou a todos! A vontade de ficar era grande. Todo hospede que tiver a sorte e bom gosto de escolher este apartamento para passar uma temporada, não vai se arrepender. E com certeza serão muito felizes. Pq se trata de um conjunto. O local, a acomodação e Dona Fia de presente. Ela é um presente na vida de quem passa a lhe conhecer. O ano de 2021 começou com essa benção que foi estes dias neste local. Nosso réveillon foi lindo. estivemos no apt. do dia 26/12/20 ao dia 03/01/21. E tudo foi perfeito. Com a Graça de Deus e Nsa. Sra. Gratidão é nosso sentimento. Fomos em um grupo de 9 pessoas e saímos do apartamento realmente encantados, principalmente com o carinho com que fomos tratados pela Dona Fia, que é a verdadeira protagonista desta estadia. Nos sentimos bem a vontade e muito bem localizados também e com certeza planejamos voltar em breve.

O melhor lugar que já nos hospedamos!!!

O apartamento é perfeito, visitamos Recife entre os dias 07 e 10/01. Estávamos em 10 pessoas, incluindo 3 crianças. O apartamento nos acomodou muito bem. As suítes são amplas e tudo muito bem organizado. Também não é de se espantar, fomos recepcionados por quem cuida de tudo isso com muito zelo e atenção, a Dona Fia, uma pessoal que não mediu esforços para que nos sentíssemos em casa. Ao voltar ao Recife, com certeza nos hospedaremos no AP novamente.

Superb

We lived at this Apartment better, described as a penthouse, for two months. It was a superb experience. Senhora Fia looked after the apartment maintaining it in perfect condition and was always at our disposal. The beach is 2 minutes walk in the best area of Boa Viagem. There are restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries etc nearby. The host was super friendly and attentive and made our lives easy. We had a few barbecues by the pool with our local family and with the magnificent views of the ocean the experience was absolutely SUPERB! We would highly recommend it.

Wonderful place to stay

We stay at Ludovic's apartment for 12 wonderful days. The apt. Is perfect! Big, breezy and it has everything we needed at it. Great location, near everything we needed. And we had Ms. Fia to take care of everything and anything we needed. She's a wonderful and lovely lady. Always taking care of us and keeping the place clean and neat. We'll always love her. Ludovic made our stay easy and nice. We recommend this apartment to everyone. For sure we'll come back there many time. Thank you very much for all Ludovic and Ms. Fia did for us!

Dias maravilhosos

Fomos para Recife em um congresso e ficamos hospedados em 6 pessoas no apartamento. Ele é muito espaçoso, equipado, limpo, bem localizado em Boa Viagem e a uma quadra da praia, de supermercados, farmácias,restaurantes e da feirinha. Quando chegamos tivemos a grata surpresa de conhecer Fia, uma pessoa simpática que esteve conosco todos os dias nos “cuidando” (fazendo café da manhã e arrumando a casa). No dia que chegamos ( a noitinha) à piscina não estava muito limpa, mas no outro dia de manhã o piscineiro veio limpar e ficou ótima. Ficamos 5 dias maravilhosos, melhor que hotel sem dúvida!! Com certeza queremos voltar...

Confortável, bem localizado e ideal para grupos ou familias

Nossa experiência no apartamento foi muito boa! Do atendimento amável de Dona Fia desde o primeiro momento que pisamos até a entrega das chaves... o apartamento oferece de tudo e acomoda a todos! Localização excelente também. A única coisa que sentimos um pouco foi a qualidade do ar condicionado que talvez não tenha dado conta por causa do calor da cidade!

Férias na mordomia

O apartamento é conforme ao anúncio, mobiliado com excelente estilo. A piscina é uma maravilha e a churrasqueira foi bem utilizada com os amigos. Fia é uma pessoa dedicada que ajuda tudo mundo com seu grande coração. Ela foi o nosso anjo guardião durante o mês de agosto que passamos lá. Ludovic, o proprietário, também nos deu assistência quando foi necessário.

FANTÁSTICA COBERTURA

Apartamento maravilhoso com excelente localização próximo a supermercados, farmácias, etc..distribuição dos quartos, a vista e a distância da praia não podiam ser melhores! O apartamento com um decoração impecável de um bom gosto refinado, transmite a sensação de uma verdadeira casa. Além disso, tem a presença da assistente do proprietário cujo nome e FIA foi magnífica! Foi de uma atenção magnifica e facilitou muito a nossa estada no apartamento e deslocamento pela cidade. Ficamos em sete pessoas hospedados por quinze dias e foi uma das melhores ferias que já realizamos. Recomendamos 10000000000000000000000 e com certeza retornaremos. Senhor Ludovic e Fia foi um imenso prazer realizar esta viagem e poder ter sua companhia neste período Fia...

Confortável, bem localizado e ambiente fantástico

Minha família (7 pessoas) ficou hospedada no apartamento de 25/9 a 3/10 e foi uma ótima experiência. O prédio é muito bem localizado na Rua dos Navegantes, em Boa Viagem, bem próximo do centro e com fácil acesso a vários pontos turísticos. O apartamento é bem conservado, com mobilia de muito bom gosto e réplicas de obras de arte deixando o ambiente bem interessante - de uma foto de Miles Davis à Klimt, há muitas inspirações ali. Os quartos são excelentes, a cozinha bem funcional e tudo o que foi combinado, foi entregue. Nossa família se divertiu muito. O grande destaque é o apoio da funcionária Fia, que é muito, muito, muito atenciosa, educada, carinhosa e tem aquela elegância rara no diálogo e no trato. Ela quem é a maior "propaganda" do apartamento, sem dúvida, e ajuda com dicas, com a limpeza, recomendações, sempre com um bolo ou tapioca quentinhos. Fia vai deixar saudade. Recomendamos o apartamento e sem dúvida voltaremos.

Excelente apartamento

Foram sete dias maravilhosos e aconchegantes no apartamento! É uma cobertura super espaçosa, onde tínhamos todo conforto, higiene e beleza na decoração. O apartamento é pertinho da praia, com uma vista para o mar e próximo a estabelecimentos essenciais (supermercado, bancos, padaria, etc) e de entretenimento (restaurantes, bares, etc). Já recomendei o local para vários amigos e com certeza eu e minha família voltaremos em função da qualidade e confiança!
