**Important Update for Sanibel Surfside Reopening: We are excited to welcome you back, reopening for the first time since Hurricane Ian. While we're working hard to restore all amenities, please note that some facilities may not be available during your stay. Currently, the pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and grills are unavailable, and the beach boardwalk may not be completed by the time of your visit. We expect these amenities to be restored by mid-2025, though the exact timeline is still pending. In the meantime, guests can access the beach via a side path through Sanibel Surfside, leading to the Donax St. beach access. Please reach out to confirm pool access and any pending updates to the Sanibel Surfside complex. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to restore these amenities, and we look forward to providing you with a full Surfside experience soon! Please note that discounted rates are reflected for the foreseeable future while these amenities are still incomplete.

The impressive entrance welcomes you into an open concept floor plan where partial views of the Gulf of Mexico can be found from the kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. This beautiful condo offers an updated kitchen and appliances, new furniture & furnishings and all the comforts of home you could desire! The Sanibel Surfside complex is centrally located allowing easy access off and on the island, a short walk to restaurants and shops, and the bike path is right outside your door. The condo also comes with a covered parking spot underneath the building.
Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4) & 2 bathrooms, 2 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, screen enclosed lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, tennis & pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
