Perfect!

This little flat met all of our needs - great location was walkable to many different neighborhoods and restaurants. The included parking pass was priceless! Fabrice was proactive and responsive - great host. Would absolutely stay here again.

Basic apartment at exceptional location.

This is in an exceptional location, and along with the price and the fact that parking is included, this VRBO property gets 5 stars. We had a great stay and really enjoyed Quebec City and this location. The owner had excellent, prompt communication and instructions regarding arrival and the stay. The apartment itself is nice but quite basic. It had just about everything we needed and was comfortable. A few small things: the floor is uneven (it's an old building), the bathroom is tiny and the kitchen is adequate but small (it would be helpful to have a colander). The light/fan unit in the bedroom was dysfunctional - the fan turns on when you turn the light on, and continues to turn on and off on its own, so we just didn't use the bedroom ceiling light. I wouldn't recommend anyone with mobility difficulties stay here because the stairs to the apartment are a bit steep and the tiny bathroom with an awkward step up into the shower would be problematic. For us, though, this was an excellent location and a solid, functional apartment for an appropriate price. Thank you!

For a 1st time visit to Quebec City, it was an excellent place to land. Parked in a close by lot. Could walk all around the old city. Great food options. Saw some places Louise Penny mentioned in her mysteries. Host was simple to work with, which I value.

Perfect location, spacious, quaint apartment

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Location is absolutely perfect if you want to walk around old Québec city. Car is not needed and you can walk to train station (Gare du Palais) in 10 mins. Both beds were used and found to be very comfortable. It was so nice to have our own kitchen, and it was well stocked. . Highly recommended, Merci Fabrice!

Cosy and Quiet Stay in Old Quebec

This apartment was perfect for our three-person family visit to Old Quebec. Cosy and quiet and tucked away on a side street right off the main tourist area, an easy walk to the main sights.

Amazing autumn get away

This property was perfect. Far enough off the main street that it was quiet. Bur close enought to everything to easily get to what we wanted to see. Our host was wonderful, answering questions quickly. I would use this place again!

Lovely time

Our stay was great—communication, location, lovely apartment with a little terrace we enjoyed for meals when we wanted to cook for ourselves. We walked to the train station upon departure and found the location perfect when exploring the touristy part of Quebec City.

Perfect for seeing Quebec City

Appreciated the Host assisting us finding the apartment since some roads were under construction and finding a place to park (our truck was over 1.8m). The apartment was at the top of the stairs. It was very quiet even though it was very close to a main street. Kitchen was very well stocked, just lacked a place to store our food items. Otherwise, highly recommend it.

Great Location

Very happy with the apartment. List of what we liked is long. #1 was location. Negative was few. Uber dropping off and picking up was a challenge. Nearby construction confused both drivers how to find it. We would return.

Wonderful introduction to Old Quebec!

Charming Apartment in Great Location

Communication and check-in process were easy to understand. Access to parking garage was a big plus. Convenient location to Old Town and major tourist sites was one of the biggest draws to this unit. It is on a quiet stree t just off one of the major streets filled with restaurants/shops. Unit itself is small, ideal for no more than two people. Bathroom and bedroom are small. Must be able to carry luggage up narrrow staircase to 2nd floor. We enjoyed our stay and its convenient location.

Labor Day weekend visit

Nice little condo. Bathroom needs an upgrade, mostly tile work. Condo was clean with everything we needed. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues. And wouldn’t recommend during hot weather, no AC. One review we read mentioned an old building smell. We only noticed this in the common entryway and not in the condo at all. Location fantastic! Condo super clean. Had a great time and would stay again.

Lovely place overall

Overall, we enjoyed our apartment, and I have no significant complaints. It's a cute little place. When we were in town, it was very hot and humid. A fan was supplied in the bedroom but overall it was hard to get air circulating from the outside at night. It wasn't clear how the shower would work, so we resorted to the bath. I had difficulty getting wifi access—but I had good cell connectivity and used that. If I were to visit Quebec City again, I think I would do it during a cooler time of year. It's a great place but it was hot and crowded because we were there at peak season.

Perfect location

Great property just a few minutes from all the sights. Owner provided a parking pass and was very responsive. A little tricky to navigate the first time there due to pedestrian street road closures and multiple parking decks in the same area…but figured it out after the first day. Would definitely stay again!

Summer time in Quebec city

I have lived in buildings that old ( the building was build at 1810) and although it definitely has its own charm and character, there is also some disadvantages. For me it was the old building smell. But location is great, kitchen is well equipped, host is quiet to answer any questions!

The apartment was very centrally located. It provided easy access to tourist sites, restaurants, and stores for shopping. Although it was cozy, it definitely is not appropriate for more than 2 adults. The bathroom is tiny and the decor could use an update.

Perfect home base for Old Quebec

My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring Quebec City from this perfectly located property. It’s right off Rue St. Jean with all the shops and restaurants, but very quiet. Easy to walk to all the sights in Upper and Lower Town. Parking garage is just up the street and owner provided a parking pass which covered the cost. Safe, comfortable, clean, and location is what I’m always looking for, and this property met all those criteria. Hope to make a return trip.

Great location!

We loved staying in this cozy apartment during our visit to Quebec City. It is located very close to all of the attractions and since we did so much walking it was wonderful to be able to just circle back to the apartment to rest and recharge. The apartment had all of the things that we needed for our stay. It was very charming! The wifi did not seem to work in the bedroom but that was a minor issue. We did have a small problem with construction noise however Fabrice helped to resolve this, and was responsive to our questions.
