- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward-facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras are located on the front of the home facing the driveway and front steps. The cameras record video and audio but will be turned off during guest stays.

- NOTE: The Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) prohibits non-members from accessing the two ALA beach clubs, the gated Arrowhead Lake perimeter trail, ALA member-owned docks on Lake Arrowhead, and Grass Valley Park unless accompanied by an ALA member. All guests can still enjoy the lake at Lake Arrowhead Village, book a boat tour on the Arrowhead Queen, and visit other lakes, parks, and trails in the area
