Located on the Mornington Peninsula, in Rye, Melbourne's favourite holiday playground, this beautiful holiday home is close to the local beach.
This home has been freshly styled, giving it a coastal homey feel. It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, allocated parking spaces and ample street parking. You can sit back in your luxury backyard, entertain the family with a relaxing BBQ and have the kids play in the cubby.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidays; loud parties are prohibited.

NEIGHBOUR HOOD DESCRIPTION
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. Please let us know if you would like a copy of this before your stay, and email us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
