WATERFRONT PERFECTION - From the moment you arrive onto this  Granite rock island, with pink granite stone walls, rolling green lawn and 4 bedrooms, featuring wood floors, bead board walls, and ceilings, wrap-a-round covered porch, sandy beach, and dock.  You can always find a comfortable spot to relax.  Our covered, wrap around porch offers options for shade and sea breezes.  This home is completely run with propane.  Reminiscent of the old days.  All lighting and appliances are run on gas.   There are 2 living rooms and a large dining table with amazing easterly views. 
We have a small propane and a small electric refrigerator.  The double gas grill, indoor stove top and hot water run on propane as well.   We do have a generator and a few plugs for electric devices. Inquire for details. 
In Long Island Sound, a short distance off the Branford shoreline near the Pine Orchard Yacht and Country Club. Belden Island can be accessed by private watercraft, regular Thimble Island Ferry or water taxi out of Stony Creek.  We have a floating dock and gangway for easy on/off access.
