The property has a first floor primary bedroom with a King sized bed, a spacious living room with a large new flat screen TV, brand new couches and modern updated décor. The kitchen is very well equipped with Keurig, Ninja blender, full sized coffee maker, lobster pot, cooking utensils etc.

Upstairs via the spiral staircase, you will find an open loft with a Queen-sized bed and an additional Twin sized bed, as well as a full-sized bathroom. The latest addition is a printer for your convenience.

*For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
