The condo is located steps away from 5th Avenue and a short 4 minute walk to the beach. It's centrally located (12th Street & 20th Avenue) to all the action in the city. Close to shopping, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, nightclubs, patios, ADO, OXXO, Mega and Walmart. Super convenient! A car is not necessary as everything in Playa del Carmen is within walking distance. Alternatively, you can easily arrange a car service or taxi.
The neighbourhood is a popular area for bars, clubs and restaurants. You are three blocks (300m or 985ft) to Quinta Avenida and four blocks (450m or 1475ft) to the beach. The entire downtown area is easily accessible. Popular attractions are a short distance away.

TRANSPORTATION
You have parking in our secure, underground parking garage. For day trips or getting around quickly, car service can be easily arranged. A taxi stand and the local ADO public bus station is across the street. Playa del Carmen is an immensely walkable city, you can easily get around downtown Playa on foot.

CHECK-IN PROCESS
1. About a week before your arrival, we will introduce you to our property manager by email
2. The property manager will inform the security desk of your arrival date and time
3. Upon arrival, you will check-in to the 24 hour security desk. If you have a car, you can park the car in front of the building during the check-in process.
4. The security desk will let you into the building
5. You enter the apartment with the security code given to you by email a week before your arrival
6. Upon entering the apartment, there will be 2 sets of keys on the kitchen counter for your use
7. If you have a car, you can now use the keys to access the underground parking garage
