I had such a beautiful experience with the Bears Den. I brought my sisters and mom and it was so amazing there. The private hiking trail and creek and the beautiful wood work made it feel so cozy. I will definitely be back and the owners made us feel very special! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The best yet!

Hello from Missouri, my wife and I were due for a much needed getaway! We selected Creekside, which was nestled into the heart of the Smokey Mountains! The cabin was perfect, very spacious and relaxing! We grilled Ribeye each night outside on the grill, and finished the night off in the hot tub! These locations are in a beautiful area, surrounded by so many talented craftsman. A beautiful drive to Cades cove where we saw an abundance of wildlife! I can’t say enough about the customer service, spacious cabin or relaxing stay that we experienced! The perfect recharge for the two of us on our 4 day getaway! If you’re on the fence! Just book the cabin!

Great Place to stay!

This place is so wonderful. Peaceful enough that you feel secluded in the woods and can do whatever you want, but close enough to town for the full experience. 10/10 recommend.

A little slice of heaven

The cabin was beautiful, very clean and super secluded which we loved. Location was perfect, close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We even had a few bear sightings! We will definitely be back 😊

Hope to stay again!

Grandparents, grown children, spouses & grand dogs we ALL enjoyed our stay! The cabin gives multiple areas so that everyone felt like they had their own area even the pets. Very clean and even bigger than it appears thru rental posting. The last half mile to cabin is narrow and gravel road. A little scary but doable.

Great getaway

We had a great time with just a short spring break. The cabin was beautiful and fit our needs of traveling with 3 teenagers just right. We did have an issue on our last night with a water leak in the kitchen. But we contacted staff and we had a quick response.

Perfect little getaway

We booked this cabin for a quick weekend getaway to relax. Upon arrival, the cabin was very nice, clean, and had everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another stay there in a few months to bring the kids with us. The cabin is secluded which was an added bonus for relaxing with limited traffic in and out of the area.

Tenn Trip

The cabin and supplies were great. We even had a few visits with the bears which we enjoyed. If you want to watch any TV or have internet this isn’t a place you want to be in, the host tryed to help us with the tvs but we kept losing the connection and the phones didn’t work only on and off. If you don’t mind these things then this is a great place to be. It has everything you need!!

Perfect get away

What a fun place to explore! My family and I booked a 3 day trip to the bear cabin, on arrival the house was clean, lights were left on so we could find our way into the house and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We had no trouble finding the place or entering the property. Would highly recommend for a quiet get away with some great diners down the way.

Exclusion - time away

The home was centralized between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so no matter where you wanted to be, it wouldn't take long to get there. This was the best place to enjoy time away from everything and not have to worry about your phone or emails. The home was nicely built with good furnishings to help someone truly relax. The management team was very polite and helpful.

Family Time

They cabin is lovely and clean, the outdoor balconies are large, there is plenty of seating. The hot tub was very nice. It is a bit hard to find the rental and it is definitely an adventure down a gravel road to get there. People with mobility issues would have a hard time accessing the cabin from the ground level. Other than that we were very happy, very nice communications and overall stay.

Nice, remote, quiet cabin.

Overall it was a positive experience. Enjoyed the quiet location, hot tub, comfortable beds, game room, the laundry facilities, and great water and showers. We struggled with the temperature control (the first two days), the very poor wifi reception, the house layout was a little odd, and housekeeping could be improved, but overall enjoyed our staff. All interactions with the host were very positive.

Birthday vacation

The pictures on the website makes the cabin appear larger. The internet is Horrible and we used the information that was provided and still not successful, too many doors too secluded and alot of things that needed to be fixed and cleaned like it was several hot tubs towels dirty and when we arrived it was rainy the floor was wet need to have some rugs at the door for wiping your feet upon entering the home. Unable to use the grill due to it being broken and top of grill lid on the ground fill of water. As a family the time together was priceless. The owner need to check their property often.

Griswold Family Thanksgiving Vaca

The property was beautiful. Well maintained and remote. The house had all the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay. Nice scenic drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We traveled with our 3 adult kids and their significant others and our 17 year old son and our 3 dogs. House was cozy for all of us. The only inconvenience was having to go up to the tv to change channels as none of the dish remotes worked and the wifi is very spotty but we expected that as you are in the mountains! Jessica was the contact for the property mgmt company and she was great! Super responsive and polite! Would definitely recommend this place!

bears in yard on daily basis

Property was nice and I'm aware that there are many bears in the area. I just didn't expect them to be on our property day and night. I did not feel safe walking my dog and was worried when my teenagers would walk him. I also did not feel like we could enjoy the fire pit for fear a bear would join us. We were careful not to have food or trash out, but that didn't matter.

No internet/cell phone service

The cabin wasnt all that bad but literally we could not use our phones and the internet had to be reset every night due to signal loss because it sattelite internet. Game room was not very nice arrows were broke on dart board and pool table was not level it was too cramped to play. Dryer would not dry clothes. The beds also were really stiff.

Cleanliness and missing equipment

The property was nice but wasn't very clean. When you check out they want you to do all the dishes and take the trash out and gather up all the laundry. There was dead bugs and dust everywhere. The hot tub was not very clean. They said they drain and clean after every visit but I highly doubt it. The pool table is missing 2 balls so couldn't play a full game. Check in time is at 4 pm so your first day is a bit of a waste. Under the furniture was very dirty. I did really like the area though.
