About this property

Minutes from Downtown Easton and St. Michaels | Kayaks | Pool | Private Dock

Built in 1800, this 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom historic colonial shore house sits on 3.5+ acres and boasts endless nautical activities. From its majestic mornings to its stunning sunsets, this waterfront oasis is ideal for friends & family looking to leave the hustle and bustle behind and focus on creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Nestled on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Magnolia Cove is just minutes from St. Michaels, Easton, and Oxford. This private paradise features 450 feet of waterfront; pier, boat slip and floating dock, ideal for crabbing, fishing, kayaking, and boating. Take advantage of the picturesque backdrop as you entertain on the rolling green grounds, complimented by an in-ground swimming pool. Sip lemonade on the patio, lounge with a good book or host a dinner party on the enclosed screened-in porch while the kids are playing board games in the tree house.

Enjoy a simple crab boil on the picnic tables under an old oak tree or an elaborate dinner with fresh-picked herbs from the English garden.

You won’t need to look hard for the wildlife. Among the more exciting birds are the herons, egrets, and hawks who are residents of the creek…and with a sharp eye, it’s common to spot a bald eagle. You can get even closer to the wildlife on a kayak or paddle board. “The beach” is a great place for the young and more timid to get close to the water and spot the snails in the tall grasses.

The fire pit offers the perfect vantage point to sip on your morning coffee or gather to watch the sunset, not to mention a great place to enjoy s’mores any time and to warm up on a cooler night.

Be warned, the history and charm of Magnolia Cove will capture your heart forever.

Beautiful location for memory making

Magnolia Cove is a wonderful place for a family vacation. We did it all...crab, swim, fish, kayak (brought our own), bike, etc. Minor issues really had to do with the listing. The pool basketball hoop pictured is not available(broken), the hanging swing needed attention, we did not find any dried firewood that the listing referenced.....easy things to handle. The air conditioning was great and we loved that the home had both a living room and family room. The property manager was easy to reach and responded quickly when we had difficulty finding the kayak paddles (we forgot ours) and the crab net (in the owner's garage.) The kitchen was well equipped...even had a crab pot for steaming. Just a perfect vacation for our 3 generation group!
