Enjoy an amazing golf view from the sunny living room of this 3 bedroom Lighthouse Road Villa. Nicely remodeled kitchen, new living room furniture and flooring, new large TV's and appliances, along with a fantastic new master bedroom suite and powder room are just some of the recent updates completed in this villa. Located a very short walk to the new Plantation Club Golf Complex and the beautiful Sea Pines Beach Club, location is prime on Lighthouse Road.
Free bikes are included and will be waiting when you arrive. Use them on the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within Sea Pines--You don't really need your car much for this vacation. Sea Pines also has a free trolley, another fun way to explore all the beauty and nature of Hilton Head. Parking is right in front of the villa. Bring your pet and enjoy all the dog friendly businesses and parks. All bed/bath linens are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs. Free clay court tennis and 1/2 price pickleball is provided at a private tennis club-free upgraded wireless internet and 4 TV's with cable. Be sure to visit Harbour Town or the South Beach area, home to the Salty Dog Cafe and the community pool. Really all that is missing is YOU!
For your convenience, your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code will be mailed to you prior to your arrival, eliminating the need for an extra stop when checking in. Simply drive straight to your villa, park and hit the sand!

Great Accommodations

We loved the place and the proximity to the beach and Beach Club. It was also great to be able to bike to Harbour Town. We couldn’t get the thermostat to regulate the temperature in the condo evenly, so it was almost always too warm upstairs and cold downstairs, but overall we were satisfied.

Property not in tip top shape. Grill was inoperable and walls and doors were searched and dinged. A/C vents need good cleaning. Description could be more detailed and accurate.

Great Visit and Would Recommend

The condo was great. It was clean and as advertised. We had a few questions before and the day of our check in. The owners were attentive and addressed our questions right away to make our trip seamless. They provided 2 bikes for use during our stay, which we used every day. They also provided some basic beach items that we didn't take advantage of, but would have been very helpful had we not brought our own. We will definitely be renting from them again when we come back. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the location (it was great and convenient) is because we arrived much later than anticipated (1:30am). I put the address in Apple Maps and it took me about a half a mile down another street. Because we arrived so late, there was little street lights so it took an hour or so to reverse engineer where we were and following the addresses in the street to eventually find the villa. However, that is an Apple Maps problems and once we got on the right track it is extremely easy to find and very close to everything you want to do.

Nice location. Enjoyed the bikes. Would liked to have had another bathroom for bedroom on second floor. Downstairs area was nice!

Great location, dated property

Great location, property had some nice updates. Many other items such as upstairs tub, all window coverings, closet and interior doors, AC vents, microwave, mattresses and bedding need replacement. The exterior entrance walkway carpet and door also need replacement. Exterior landscaping is overgrown and was not serviced during our stay. Parking lot flooded during one rain on Thursday.

Very comfortable accommodation and excellent location

This was a spacious, well furnished villa. The kitchen was excellent and it was a good location for our dog. The walk to the beach was easy. We had one small issue with the tv and Jessica came and fixed it immediately. We have already booked another villa in the neighborhood for next year.

As described, nice stay in Sea Pines

The property is accurately described and in a good location. The golf course is beautiful. Two things to note, the layout is open concept with vaulted ceilings so noise travels throughout the home. And while no pool is listed, don’t expect to be able to get into one nearby. All of the pools in Sea Pines require an entry code. There is one pool 2 miles away where you can buy a pass for the day or week. It is not a long walk to the beach and the bikes were great to get to and from. Enjoy!

Great place to stay

Our family stayed here for a week. The house was great and very functional. The location is close to the beach with easy access to the rest of Sea Pines by bicycle. It was a really fun time for our whole family.

Nice location- could use a few updates

My family enjoyed our stay here. The location and property layout were great. Bikes for use was an added bonus, and the owners were prompt and thorough in their communications. We go to Sea Pines every year so I've stayed in quite a few properties. For this one, the cleaning crew was not that thorough as I noticed a few items under the dresser that I needed to clean up before my kids stayed in the room. Main master bath was well updated, other areas (front door) could use some paint and touch up as well as drain stoppers in sinks put in working order. Black out curtains would be great too, especially in main bedroom where the street light shines through. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a fabulous spring break

We had a wonderful spring break! The property was perfect in space, bedrooms and location to the beach club. It was just a short 7 minute walk to the beach club which was so clean and private. Each of my daughters brought a friend on our spring break and there was something for everyone. I loved being close to Sea Pines center (the coffee shop c'est bon and low country produce was wonderful in the morning). The only suggestion I would say is to include 4 bikes instead of 2. It would have been nice to have more bikes for my girls and there really weren't bikes available to rent.

Pet friendly villa close to beach

Great stay-- the property and beaches were truly pet friendly. Villa had everything we needed. It even included sheets to cover furniture. It is close to the beach house, which also has a fantastic seafood restaurant with water views. The only thing I would note is the stairs to 2 of the bedrooms is slightly steep, but there is a master bed/bath downstairs, along with a guest bathroom.

This is the 2nd condo we’ve rented from the Fredericks and it’s always lovely, close to the beach and bike trails. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Good space, low quality everything

We rented this unit for Labor Day weekend with another family. Pet friendly units are typically hard to find and not always the nicest. This unit had very basic quality furnishings, linens, etc… I would not rent if you’re planning on cooking at home. The washer dryer are TINY! The kitchen supplies were like a mismatched shelf at the Goodwill. The AC was great, as was the TV package. We will keep looking for that elusive 5-star pet friendly rental in Seapines.
