Enjoy your morning coffee sitting out on the charming upper-level screened porch and deck overlooking the canal! Rinse the beach sand off in the double outside showers before enjoying a family cook out on the gas grill! Family and friends will enjoy evenings sitting around the fire pit in the amazing backyard alongside the canal. The Salt Pond has a community recreation center, outdoor pools, tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, pickle ball courts, plus a children's play area.
